When KG's service people (there were two) came to turn on my system in May, they discovered that control box did not work. They showed me the typed of box they recommended and told me I could buy one myself and they could come back, install it, and start my system. Great! But, then not so great. I called KG on 5/23 after receiving a bill for the Spring Start-up. Since the system wasn't started, I called to question the bill. The rep needed to check with her supervisor. Fine. But, since I didn't hear anything, I called back on 6/1 and was told I should disregard the bill. Ok! I wasn't told that there was still a travel fee, which I would have understood. I was just told to ignore it. Luckily, I thought to CONFIRM during the call if KG WOULD install a box that I bought. Again, I was told that a supervisor needed to be consulted. That sounded odd to me because I was told by the service people who visited my house that I COULD buy one and KG would install it. But, the phone rep was pleasant and she'd call me back. Again, I didn't hear from her. So, I called today and was told that I was no longer their customer. WHAT? According to the phone rep, the service people gave me false information because - and this is her words "They are Hispanic." Yes, they were Hispanic, but the young man who appeared to be the lead on the job communicated beautifully with me. Perhaps he did not know the company's policy that KG won't install control boxes that they did not sell. I am not blaming him. I don't want him to be in trouble with KG. He was very pleasant. I just have a hard time understanding why I am being fired as a client. The phone rep could have just apologized and explained nicely that I was given misinformation. Last year I would have rated KG as 5 star. Is KG looking for reasons to stop servicing small properties or ones in the city? I don't know, but I feel as though I was treated unfairly.

They were prompt in all aspects and installed in a timely fashion to provide needed irrigation for our new sod during a hot spell. The grass is coming in extremely healthy under Kelly's irrigation product and plan. All have been informative and helpful, from the owners, to lawn staff to schedulers. It has been a great value. We are very pleased we went with Kelly Green Irrigation. Jim S.

    My sprinkler system was installed in 2021. Troy was awesome. Since then we've had a few glitches…read morebecause of one sprinkler head being at the bottom of a slope where the rest of the water drains to, but they've ALWAYS been able to stay on top of it. They've come out quickly to repair and the annual draining of the line is consistently on schedule, but totally flexible if we need more time! They've always been easy to work with and of great value!

I asked for this information but was treated extremely rude! Then Amy from billing said that She would cut my bill of $350.00 in half if I would pay it ($175). My husband called for Winterization and was told to pay the remaining amount that was $175.00 before they came out. This amount was suppose to be cancelled out per our conversation. I called Amy back to let her know we used a different company as they did not show up. I asked for my money back as they didn't uphold their agreement to come out to Winterize and or cut our bill in half and settle the remaining balance. They price gouged the Winterization fee and I cancelled. I called to get the 175.00 back and was argued with! I am absolutely mortified by the lies and deception of the business practices of this company. I asked for the owners # and she would not give me his name or number. Don't use this company.....terrible billing practices + manipulative, doesn't itemize work, bills erroneously and puts customers last!
