I called and even came in in person to talk with them about getting a discount for their next visit or at least a credit or something and was denied and told no because the hair will grow back. So every dog that goes in there should expect to get a haircut and shaved incorrectly because no one can tell what the differences between a neutering and a spay is Husky hair takes longer to grow back and if shaved incorrectly might not grow back the right way. I know it's just hair and that it'll grow back but I did not pay for him to get inaccurately shaved for a procedure that doesn't even apply to him. I didn't even get an apology from the person or a phone call letting me know what they had done. I do not recommend this place where

While I did not receive a call back, I did receive a very detailed text message by Gunnar. Firstly apologizing for not giving me a call back and secondly going into detail of what my options were with caring for the kitten. He gave me advice without making me feel obligated to go with them to have the kitten seen. This type of kindness will always incline me to leave a review to show appreciation to those who are just simply caring without expecting anything in return. Both declined rapidly and compassionate pet vet scheduled me fast each time so neither would suffer. For a very stressful and unpredictable situation both vets that came out were extremely kind and looked them over to help reassure me that I was making the best decision for them. I highly recommend if you're able to go this route to do so. One of my cats was terrified of the car and vets and this made her last moments extremely relaxing.
