My son took his cat on Saturday morning as she hadn't been feeling well. After Dr Pratt going through a list of the most dramatic things it could be, he asked for a simple blood panel to start. He was informed that the results would be in on Monday. It was 9:30 am but they couldn't be bothered to get a urine sample at that time because they closed at noon! My son called on Monday but the vet was in surgery. He was assured Dr Pratt would call. She finally called at 8 but couldn't seem to get through. She didn't bother to try again. Another day with no results and lost for possible treatment. He called again Tuesday morning and was given the same run around. Dr Pratt was in surgery but would call as soon as she was free. I called that afternoon to let them know how upset we were! Dr Pratt had just walked into a room with a patient! So let me get this straight...we can left waiting for 2 days but she couldnt be bothered to leave a patient waiting for a few minutes to give us the test result! it's now 6 so we've lost yet another day of treatment IF there's something wrong and Dr Pratt still can't be bothered to call, leaving our pet at risk if somethings wrong!! PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR PETS AT RISK FOR A CLINIC WHO OBVIOUSLY CANT BE BOTHERED TO CARE FOR, SHOW AN OUNCE OF COMPASSION OR CONCERN

(Gave me a credit for my next visit, although they shouldn't have messed up on something so big) 3, they didn't prescribe my dog the needed medications for an ear infection due to nursing and when done nursing, they wanted me to pay for another visit. So they wanted to double charge me for the same service that wasn't fully treated. It's clearly all about the money for them. I would advise don't go here. The manager Addy is absolutely no help.

We immediately tried to get her help, but she was already too far gone to make it to an emergency veterinarian. Watching our children lose their beloved pet this way is something our family will never forget. What has made this even more difficult is the lack of communication and compassion throughout the entire process. When we picked her up after surgery, we were given no discharge paperwork explaining what to watch for, what complications to look for, what pain medication had been administered, or even an emergency contact number if something went wrong. After she died, I contacted the facility and was placed on hold. I didn't hear from the veterinarian who performed her surgery until the end of the day. During our conversation, he could not recall how the surgery went, was unaware that we had received no discharge instructions, and could not explain why our cat had died two days after the procedure. There was also very little empathy or compassion for what our family was experiencing, and no offer of any way to make this situation right. I understand that complications can happen with any procedure, and I am not claiming to know exactly what caused her death. What I expected was communication, compassion, accountability, and a genuine effort to help us understand what happened. Instead, we are left grieving our beloved pet with unanswered questions. After a discussion about the ridiculous pricing of the spay they originally quoted me 2 days ago ($500-700), I take my 8 lb mini schnauzer puppy in, and they had increased the quote to ($600-800). Of course I said something. Dr Cassens even admitted that she was a vet charging on the HIGH END. Needless to say, I made a TERRIBLE MISTAKE going here. What's amazing, is that Dr Cassens readily admitted that that she has changed in many ways over the last several years. She admits that her prices have gone way up, that she's paying her employees salary double what most other vets pay. And she admitted that she has LOST many of her clients because of this.
