The arrangement arrived and it was wildly different that what I'd originally ordered - see the picture of what I thought I ordered vs what was delivered. I called the shop to ask if there had been a mistake, and was told that they didn't have the flowers pictured online, so they made a different arrangement at a comparable price. I guess that might have been okay -- if you'd called me to ask?? I spent nearly $100 on an arrangement that was supposed to have a particular meaning for my friend, and they just made a substitution without informing me. If I hadn't called to follow up after my friend sent me the picture of what she received, I wouldn't have even known! Not the kind of service I am used to. I have ordered from local flower shops remotely before and they have always contacted me about any changes or substitutions different from what was advertised and paid for online. What if the person receiving the flowers had a specific allergy?? Just not acceptable. I will not use them again if I need to order in this area.

Lemon Floral Design did a fantastic job. My mom was very pleased. As flowers are seasonal, the bouquet did not look exactly like the website, but the florist replaced the seasonal flowers with local grown flowers. I thought that was a great idea to support local. I got text messages alerting me that my mom's flowers were on the way and when they got delivered. There was even a tracking map for the delivery driver.
