The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity.
