I came in 45 minutes before close and rather than picking from already assembled arrangements, I asked if it would be possible to get a beautiful and colorful arrangement. The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. On top of every other failure, the business failed to respond to the email I sent them, DO NOT GO HERE. Awful all around.
