The employees were very short and didn't have any interest to hear that I did not like my bouquet so I left. I googled other florist and went to a different florist to fix my bouquet and she did great. Overall, my un satisfaction was with the quality and price of my bouquet. I received my peonies and stargazer lilies but the bouquet itself did not look good. I guess I should've ask to see the other flowers incorporated but it didn't look like the picture on their website. I didn't think that bouquet was worth 110 dollars. Maybe 45 the most. Being out of state, I just googled nearby florists and stumbled across them. She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers. I find out later that tulips are the favorite flower of the loved one as well as her daughter and granddaughter. Thank you, Sun!
