It is always extremely hard to send flowers after a loved one has passed. When I reached out to Flower Talk located in Duluth, Georgia, the young lady that answered the phone was amazing. Her name is Angie, and she is the manager of the shop. She was patient, compassionate, and very helpful in choosing flowers that need to be sent in such a difficult time of sorrow. Angie spent quality time with me on the phone letting me know the flowers she had in stock and helping me choose the right bouquet to send to my beautiful friend. After we chose the flowers, Angie asked me when I would like these to be delivered. I let her know that tomorrow would be OK if she could not get them out this afternoon. I believe in my heart that Angie went out of her way to make sure that the flowers were delivered today. Attached to this Yelp is the website and the contact information for Flower Talk. I would recommend this shop to everyone regardless of the situation that flowers are needed.

She had to place the order 3 days in advance and picked it up the day of the dance. The white roses had shriveled brown edges. Looked like it had been thrown together a week ago and left out on the counter. My daughter told me these corsages need to be ordered in advance and that it would just have to do. I called Flower Talk and explained my dilemma and picked up a beautiful white rose corsage a few hours later. I will be using them in the future for my florals.

So I was looking for a shop to send my employee's wife flower because he had passed away all the sudden, literally two weeks before their 30th anniversary. I came across Flower Talk, did some research on Yelp and Google and decided to give it a try. And I have to say I AM AMAZED!! This was my first time ordering flower bouquet so I made a call before placing order online. Yvonne from the shop was very patient, helpful and friendly. She basically explained how it works and the difference between standard, deluxe and premium. I also told her the story behind this delivery and she said she would make sure it's taken care of. She was serious y'all! The bouquet turned out so beautiful. My employee's wife shared the picture with me and let me know she loves it and it definitely brought tears to her eyes on this special day of theirs. I totally recommend this place and will use them again in the future. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

This business is great! She really does take care of her customers. I found this shop by accident and she is honestly the best florist in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Her shop is super cute and always clean. I think they have a delivery team, but not completely sure as I always pick up my arrangements. I take a 45 minute drive to come here. Yes she's THAT GOOD! I chose Flower Talk for the combination of proximity and quality from the existing photos left by other reviewers here. I'm extremely happy with the results! My mom sent over a photo of the bouquet and the roses are so nice and full instead of being skinny and already dying like other services I've used before. Delivery was on time, around noon of the desired day. Flower Talk had easy online ordering, and it was important to me that the photos of their arrangements were not generic stock photos but rather clearly real photos from the business's own work. One suggestion: it would be great to send an "out for delivery" update email when the flowers are out, especially those who order pretty far in advance, to know that everything is working as expected. Thank you Flower Talk for quality flowers, I will definitely be ordering again!

First time I have used Flower Talk, and they delivered the A game! I will definitely use them again. I live out of state, so went with them "sight unseen" from Yelp reviews and their proximity to my family's address. They did not disappoint. My mother absolutely loved her Mothers Day bouquet. The cost was reasonable; the delivery was on time and on short notice (same-week.) Also, I had to call to give different instructions on accessing her community, and they were very nice in updating the order. Entirely a class act.

They've always been able to provide great quality flowers from prom corsages to bouquets. * Recently, I got my mom a beautiful bouquet (around $30) for her 50th birthday, and nonetheless the smile on her face showed me it was worth EVERY PENNY. I'm one of those people who doesn't spend a lot of money on flowers BUT every now and then it's great to splurge. * I told the lady that I needed a last minute bouquet/arrangement that's simple and elegant & man can I say she got it SPOT ON. I trusted her 100% and SO glad I did. It's also awesome how I was able to support korean owners!

Decided last minute to ditch DIY flowers for a big family birthday and I'm so glad I did! I received quick and wonderful service. I came in 45 minutes before close and rather than picking from already assembled arrangements, I asked if it would be possible to get a beautiful and colorful arrangement. I shared the vibe and colors I wanted and the owner was able to nail it! Needless to say my mom was so pleasantly surprised and excited to receive a gorgeous bouquet that it's a first time she didn't complain about why I wasted money on flowers (Asian moms, iykyk). I don't live in the area so I place a phone order each time but they take good care of you regardless. 40 dollars plus tax for 12 tulips . Not roses . Not a holiday . Just tulips and she admitted they should normal be cheaper then still charged me 43 bucks first gave me a damaged bundle then i pointed it out so she got me a new one . AND THEY HADNT OPENED YET . I will give 2 stars because it was on time but I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on a Friday and by the following Wednesday the flowers were dead. While the purpose wasn't for a joyous occasion, found a decent florist that actually delivers flower arrangements that looks like the picture. Not like taking chances on flower delivery services where it's a big gamble. For Korean funerals, it's very common to send flower stands, especially from a group of people. Not sure if the pricing was on the higher or lower side, as it's my first time ordering flower stand and do not know what to compare to, but felt like the quality justified itself and was satisfied. Also looking at other images posted, feel like this would be a good florist for all occasions as well. read more

I'm out of state and decided to send flowers to someone who deserved them. I even upgraded for the deluxe flowers. At $105, these flowers aren't worth it. Do yourself a favor and pick them up at your local grocery store for $25. I was embarrassed when she sent me the picture. I don't know much about flowers at all, did some research and found this place. Ordered their premium roses a week in advance and when I got them they were the best roses I've ever seen and put together so well. You guys outdid yourselves and im happy to give you 5 stars. I've seen some terrible reviews about other flower shops not having quality product like in their pictures but this place is definitely not one of them. I live in Chicago and was sending flowers to a friend in Suwanee. So I took to Yelp and came across Flower Talk. After reading all of the positive reviews I gave them a call. I feel terrible I don't know who I dealt with by name but she was an absolute sweetheart. We talked about arrangements she had on the website, what flowers I liked, and colors then she made some suggestions. Two hours I received a phot of the arrangement that was absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. My friend received her flowers a short time later and loved them. My pregnant daughter was admitted to the hospital with COVID at 3pm today. I called Flower Talk to see if they could deliver flowers today. I was told they needed to check with the hospital to see with COVID lock downs if someone could receive the delivery after 5 pm. She called me back and said see was able to make the arrangements and even gave me my daughters room number. I ordered the flowers and I just now received a text with the picture of a beautiful arrangement they hand picked for me and said the delivery would be made between 6-6:40pm after they closed the store! I wish I could give them a 10+, talk about above and beyond! Incredible service, call them, they won't disappoint you!!!! read more

The flower arrangement they made was beautiful! Some florists will put very few flowers and fill the arrangement with cheap greenery. This was not the case with Flower Talk. The arrangements was full of flowers. And, the flowers were delivered the same day within a few hours. Highly recommend this florist. read more

I regret not coming here sooner! Angie has that magic florist touch! I was SO pleased with my flowers. She made the beautiful flowers look even more beautiful with her decorations. I usually buy flowers at Publix for convenience, but I would always leave feeling a bit unsatisfied at their sorry attempt at wrapping it. Flowers are pretty as is, but presentation is so crucial! If you want quality floral service, you must pay them a visit. They will not disappoint. The flowers were for my friend and she smiled from ear to ear! I needed flowers to celebrate my grandpa being discharged from the hospital. It was my first time getting flowers for an elderly man so I had no idea which flowers were most appropriate. The florist offered for me to go to the back of her shop and pick the flowers myself! In the end, I was still overwhelmed but knew I could trust her so I just let her do her job. It turned out to be a beautiful, well-assorted and not messy arrangement. With the glass vase it only cost $50! read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! I called with a specific budget and delivery date/time for three arrangements. As I am not from the Duluth area, I went out on a limb using Flower Talk and hope they came through-they did not disappoint! The flowers came exactly when they were supposed to and to say the flowers were gorgeous is an understatement. The arrangements could not have been more beautiful and really brightened the day! I live in California, but Flower Talk is my florist of choice when I want to send flowers to family in the Atlanta area! Online ordering is super easy, the flowers are lovely and fresh, and I love the selections. Delivery has always been excellent. I once gave instructions to leave the flowers on the porch if there was no answer at the door because I knew the recipient would be out of the house part of the day. The person delivering made sure to leave a note near the recipient's garage in case she entered there instead of via the porch and missed the flowers. I also love getting a notification that the flowers have been delivered. read more

Amazing! We needed flowers for a funeral and went to another place down the street. The lady there was not accommodating, she acted like we being unreasonable asking for funeral arrangement flowers on the weekend... we found this place online, called this place, and they are GREAT! The lady here was so accommodating, and helped us no problem! She even went out of her way to deliver the flowers on the day she was closed. She named her store "FLOWERTALK" because her goal was to "speak" through the flowers and she wanted to express using flowers. She has been in the flower industry for over 25 years and she loves what she does. She always uses this saying," I would love it if I could make flowers until the moment I die." Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers. I find out later that tulips are the favorite flower of the loved one as well as her daughter and granddaughter. Thank you, Sun!
