They are not in an ordinary glass vase you get from a usual florist. They come in a beautiful vase and many of the flowers have not bloomed yet, so they last so very long. The delivery man " Daniel" is so very polite and kind. I told my husband to never order flowers again from anyone but Hosanna's. The bouquet is so very full with greenery and so very beautiful. My past flowers have lasted well into 2 weeks and I have never been so pleased with a florist like I am with this one. I love this florist and recommend to anyone who needs a bouquet or flowers. The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. On top of every other failure, the business failed to respond to the email I sent them, DO NOT GO HERE. Awful all around.

I made a specific request for a particular design that appeared on their website, and I was told they could do it. The flowers were delivered later that day but were clearly the wrong arrangement. Interestingly, the person who took my order even sent me a picture of the vase to confirm what I wanted. Although they replaced the arrangement the next day, the overall experience was disappointing. My friend loves flowers, and I wanted to surprise her with a unique, beautiful arrangement -- but I had to tell her about the mix-up, which ruined the surprise. While the staff was friendly during the ordering process, no one ever called to apologize or confirm the correction. I won't use this florist again. I value great customer service and attention to detail, and this experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Next time, I'll just pick up an arrangement myself and deliver it personally.
