Ordering was quick and easy. They sent me a photo of the flowers in about 2 hours! They were beautiful. Looked nice and fresh.

This is my "go to" florist because she always does a great job. She seems to know just what arrangement I want my name on.

On my wedding day I received my bouquet with wilting and broken flowers. I messaged Cindy and I received a text back from her saying, "Honey you got well your moneys worth, I am truly sorry you are not happy but I do not have anything to replace them with." I'm so disappointed this is how they treat their clients, but luckily after taking apart my own bouquet and with the help of the ladies at Four Oaks Manor and we made the best of the mess we were given and made it presentable. I was hoping Cindy would try to makes things right since my wedding was 4 hours after they were delivered, but I paid for my flowers in full when I ordered them, so The Duluth Flower Shop is no longer concerned about customer service and rectifying their mistake. She ignored me and would not come and fix the bouquets. I did not expect a replacement I'm 4 hours, but fixing the arrangements was very possible in the amount of time. The ONLY recommendation I would give would be to Cindy at The Duluth Flower Shop: I would recommend some customer service training because the way you treat people and speak to them is unprofessional. This flower shop failed miserable on delivering flowers for my girlfriend today on Valentines Day. What I bought and what they delivered wasn't even close. They don't even answer the phone to resolve any issues. The first picture is what they sold me the second is what they delivered. I'd give it a negative star rating if I could. read more

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for a friend after surgery and the ones they delivered were not only no where near what I ordered, they were not even pretty. They charged me 115 for a dozen roses with a few carnations thrown in. Will not use again. read more

I made an order through the website this morning for Mothers Day. Nowhere on their website did they indicate that they are no longer accepting Mothers Day flower orders. A few hours later I get a call saying they cannot fulfill my order, siting that they don't have the flowers. I ask if they can do a different arrangement, and they said no and hung up. My family uses this flower shop for all proms, homecomings, etc. and we've never had any issues. The owners are always extremely pleasant and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. We can place an order the day before and they get it done with no problems. Today we were especially impressed when we were late to pick up my sisters boutonniere for homecoming and we called because we'd be there a few minutes after they closed. The man on the phone was so kind as to wait for us to come pick it up and was just as friendly when we got there. We love this place!! read more

Ordered an arrangement which was a day late. It was a mess. A clump of flowers which were not arranged . Looks nothing like the photo. It was an embarrassment to be sent.. It was, in a clear vase which was suppose to be red . I will never use this florist again!!!! read more

CLEANLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM MATTERS! (To Me) I wandered into this store today because I am interested in special occasion flowers. At first glance, you might think that this is just a private home but the name of the shop is prominently displayed on the side and front of the building. The building sits at the corner of Brock Rd and Buford Highway, close to Town Center. When I entered the building, I noticed that it seemed old and neglected with a very "musty" odor that you might find in an abandoned building. It was very distracting and caused me to expedite my visit. There wasn't much to look at but I did get to speak with an employee. She was very nice and spent time discussing ideas and options with me. Because of the condition of the shop and the odor, I would be unlikely to order flowers from here. I need a higher level of professionalism and care toward the work environment as I would be concerned that my delicate flowers would absorb the "musty" odor. If you don't want to visit the shop, they do have a website that you can use. However, I like to be able to see the work environment and actually speak to the individuals who are doing the work. How else would you have a true "meeting of the minds"?C It's like commissioning an artist to do a painting without meeting him, which you would never do. While this shop might be a viable option for some, it just did not work for me. I'm still looking! read more

Ordered a bouquet on their website last-minute for Mother's Day - there was a disclaimer that a bouquet of similar value could be supplied if they were out of stuff. The bouquet my mother ended up receiving was pretty different from the one on their website (no bamboo sticks at all), but still had a similar asymmetrical aesthetic to it. I definitely got the feeling that someone tried really hard to make it look as close as possible to the website picture without having the right supplies. Overall quality of the flowers and arrangement were still top-notch. Would've been nice if the bouquet matched the website picture more closely, but for a last-minute Mother's Day order, I'm willing to cut them some slack. :) read more

I ordered flowers from out of town for Mother's Day and paid extra for the deluxe arrangement. My sister sent me a picture and I was shocked how small it was. I sent a note and they said that they made the standard vs. the deluxe. Had my sister not sent photos, I never would have known. They offered to send the missing roses in a bud vase. Really? I wanted a great presentation not a small arrangement and a bud vase. I told them I wanted it redone. They sent the bud vase anyway?!? I sent a followup email with no response. I called and they said that I was stuck with what THEY decided was a remedy for THEIR mistake. The owner said that they were too busy any that they would discuss more AFTER Mother's Day. Ummm...they were for Mother's Day. I will never order from them again. Go with someone with more integrity that will make sure that you get what you order and not some quick fix that makes life easier for THEM. read more

I ordered birthday flowers for my mom the morning of not knowing if she would get them the same day. I placed the order and a few hours later she received them. Obviously they were beautiful because she was crying. I say obviously they was beautiful because sometimes the picture look different from the real thing. I will be using them again. read more

I was a long term customer of this florist. I will never do business with them again. I ordered flowers for an important client and when they transferred my order to a florist closer to the location instead of signing my name on the card they signed "Mom and Dad". My client's parents are deceased. When I found out and called to inquire what had gone wrong, one of the associates actually laughed. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe my reaction. read more

Got to Atlanta airport on a Saturday as I was heading out for a weeks vacation with my family, and remember a friend's birthday . Needed to do something quick and thought about flowers. I found Duluth florist on Yelp. When I called that morning - I was assured they would deliver their best birthday arrangement to my friend (with my less than 24 hr notice even)! I ordered Beautiful In Blue Premium flower arrangement for my cousins funeral.. She loved fresh flowers and thought this would be nice. Upon my arrival at the funeral my wife and I were shocked at the quality and size of this arrangement. It truly wasn't worth $98.00 and when I call ed the florist they said I could speak with owner because they didn't know what to do since the flowers delivered looked like the picture online. read more

Duluth flower shop had to deliver flowers on Monday. Their driver could not find the address (although other flower companies perfectly delivered their orders to my address). An employee of Duluth flower shop called me to verify address and promised to deliver in the evening on Monday. Well, they did not. On Tuesday evening I called them to ask where were my order. They promised me to deliver it by ... Wednesday. After arguments their "polite" employee told me that they did not want to deliver my "f*cking order" (c) So, the order was delivered by Friday (the birthday was on Monday).
