The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. On top of every other failure, the business failed to respond to the email I sent them, DO NOT GO HERE. Awful all around.

I am from Orlando, Florida and had to place a last minute flower arrangement on behalf of my mom to celebrate her friend's 25th wedding anniversary in Dacula, GA this Saturday. I was a bit hesitant at first since Design House of Flowers seems to be limited on Orchids option, which is something that I noticed as I scrolled through their webpage but I am glad that I follow my gut feeling. Both my mom and I are extremely satisfied with the flowers and how it was presented. My friends was very happy with the gift as well so we got nothing but praises. On a side know, I am grateful how proactive and professional the staffs were. I placed the order Late Wednesday night and the flowers freshly delivered by Friday. Moreover, apparently the shop ran out of Ginger but before making any adjustments, they were kind enough to call me personally to ask for permission to make some minor changes. Luckily, they were able to stick to the tropical theme and was able to include some orchids as the highlight (orchids are my mom's favorite flowers and they are a good fit during Vietnamese's Lunar New Year that is coming up on January 25th). Overall, I had a good experience ordering from Design House of Flowers and would most definitely order again for future occasions and 100% would recommend to others.
