If I hadn't called to follow up after my friend sent me the picture of what she received, I wouldn't have even known! Not the kind of service I am used to. I have ordered from local flower shops remotely before and they have always contacted me about any changes or substitutions different from what was advertised and paid for online. What if the person receiving the flowers had a specific allergy?? Just not acceptable. I will not use them again if I need to order in this area.
