Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. After you've finished washing, you have two options: you can either leave and let yourself air dry, or you can utilize the various amenities available, including: *Self-service vacuum stations equipped with two types of nozzles. *Towels provided for wiping down any remaining water. *Compressed air stations for inflating tires or removing water from hard-to-reach areas like windows or tight crevices. As I approached the wash tunnel and set my wheels on the conveyor, something strange happened as my car started moving backwards. (I've never experienced anything like this at a carwash before). We got it corrected and started moving, although based on the experience, maybe we missed part of the wash timing due to this issue? The travel time was quick and upon exiting, my car was far from dry, with water drops everywhere, on all parts of the car. There was still dirt on my back windshield and my tires/ wheels looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. (This wash stated it included a tire and wheel cleaner...) The bays were all full also when we exited. Not the Super Star's fault as the guy next to us was seemingly giving his car a full detail. Once we got a bay, we had to to a lot of drying and wiping of dirt, which I didn't expect when I paid $16. There are better choices elsewhere.

The replies here repeatedly tell reviewers to contact customer service through their website. I did exactly that. The process consists of canned, template email responses with no real investigation, and it ultimately ends with a flat denial of responsibility and no explanation. I had been a paying member for about a year. Today was the first and only drive I made all day, straight from my house to this location. While being lined up to enter the wash, the attendant guiding cars onto the track spit forcefully on the ground directly in front of my vehicle. Gross and unprofessional. After exiting the wash and pulling around to vacuum, I noticed one of my tires was already very low. The air was leaking it was hissing and loosing air so fast that there is no realistic scenario where this did not happen at the car wash. My car is only eight months old with about five thousand miles on it. I inspected the tire and found a large metal object embedded through the tread. I had to drive across the street to a tire shop, where the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced for two hundred sixty dollars, costing me about an hour. I returned with the metal object hoping management would address the issue. They immediately denied it could have happened there and showed no interest in documenting anything. They said I couldn't go look at the track for safety issues so I had to take their word. Between the vehicle damage, unprofessional behavior, and dismissive response, I canceled my membership and will not be back. If you care about your car or accountability, avoid this place at all costs.
