Dishonest, aggressive tactics. Won't be back…read more Been a regular here for years, and it feels like every visit I have to catch them trying to overcharge or upsell something unnecessary. Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.

I took our truck and SUV here for a hand wash and hand wax for both cars. I was told it would be 2…read morehours, but waited nearby. One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

It's never good when you have to post an update the very next day after posting a five star view,…read morebut I feel a retraction is warranted in this case. As I mentioned previously, I'm not expecting a perfect job because the cost is reasonable, but I am expecting the interior to at least look like it was attempted to be cleaned. I would even be willing to pay a little bit more for a halfway decent job on the interior, but that's not an option that is offered. I've been here 3 or 4 times and this was the laziest I've ever had this place clean my car. I believe the attendant who was vacuuming it was the nephew of the owner. Dropping this down to 3 stars but honestly, it could be a 2 stars if it was based solely on the job that was done.

I'm officially done coming here. My wife warned me they didn't do a great job and suggested I try…read morethe Shell station instead, but I wanted to support a local business here in Vista. Unfortunately, after giving them four chances, I have to agree -- the attention to detail just isn't there. I keep my car very clean, so there isn't much to vacuum. The one area I repeatedly asked them to focus on was the small space between the seat and the center console. It's a minor detail, but those little things matter. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable -- I'm asking them to take care of the areas I specifically point out. The exterior comes out fine, but the interior is where they lose me. It's like getting a haircut and they forget to clean up the hair around your neck afterward -- the small details are what make the customer feel taken care of. After four attempts, I feel like my car is coming back dirtier inside instead of cleaner. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place. My advice: listen to your customers, slow down, and focus on the details. That's what keeps people coming back. Too expensive for what they do !..

When pulling up, there's an employee with iPad where you pay. New to me as I'm used to going inside to the cashier. (I go to this other spot in the Vista Business Park.) Today's service is the $30 One Time Service Hand Wash Package. I wouldn't really call it a "package" because a handful of these items are (or should be) standard. That's marketing for ya. I keep a tidy vehicle so there's nothing to report on the interior. I can tell it was wiped down and vacuumed. As always, I do a walkaround. They addressed areas I thought needed attention; excess water droplets and such. Car is clean, wheels are shiny. I feel good knowing my car looks good.
