Further, because I live in a condo complex, they were considerate of the noise that would be created and how it might have been upsetting to neighbors. And add in that the vehicle looked spectacular as well, meaning you have a very happy customer who will return and refer this service!

It's one of the longest tunnels as I've been to 3-4 locations and some tunnels are half the size. Odd cuz the shorter ones must have less equipment operating yet my car always seems to be just as clean no matter what location I hit. But Oceanside at the 76 and Foussat is my local spot. Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. I would argue this location is the busiest.

When pulling up, there's an employee with iPad where you pay. New to me as I'm used to going inside to the cashier. (I go to this other spot in the Vista Business Park.) Today's service is the $30 One Time Service Hand Wash Package. I wouldn't really call it a "package" because a handful of these items are (or should be) standard. That's marketing for ya. I keep a tidy vehicle so there's nothing to report on the interior. I can tell it was wiped down and vacuumed. As always, I do a walkaround. They addressed areas I thought needed attention; excess water droplets and such. Car is clean, wheels are shiny. I feel good knowing my car looks good. The price is high but it beats having it to do it myself. (It'd take a couple of hours because I'd get into the nooks and crannies.) I went to nearby Ranch 88 to kill some time. Got my car back in about 20 minutes. Fast service. I'm in between 3 and 4 stars. I like the speediness of the service but I think the price is high. It's nice that this car wash is in a strip mall so there's other places to go if the service takes a long time.

The RFID reader doesn't read my sticker more than half the time. Sometimes workers will suggest relocating the sticker. I tell them that this is already the third location. I wonder which magic location they will pick next. But the thing I hate the most about this particular location, the drying service at the end and the vacuum cleaners. I used to think the drying service was OK until I went to other locations. For example, at the Carlsbad location, my car comes out almost completely dry. Here it is droplets of water all over. They really don't seem to care about how strong the vacuums are. And best, the vacuums are decent. At worst, the vacuums are completely worthless. There's no rhyme or reason but it's clear that no one is keeping up on that. Super annoying when you pick a spot to vacuum your car and you find out that the vacuums in question are completely worthless.

I did these things as it was required. Then I walked for the different colored Foam to cover my entire body on my car.
