Came back today and guess what the people there are incompetent a car had an issue something stuck under a vehicle instead of taking care of it. $22 car wash and dry, with free vacuums! I had a great experience here! My car was sooooo dirty before the wash, and it got about 90% or more of it off, with the exception of some small spots of bird poop. I really like that there was an attendant/employee working at the entrance of the car wash so I could ask him questions before I emtered the wash. He explained things clearly, made sure my car was on the track correctly, told me when to put my car in neutral, and gave me car fresheners! I will be back! read more

Love all the things they offer after you wash your car. The wash is standard and seems pricy but they have glass cleaner, air to get the bits and pieces, towels and vacuums all included. Worth a try. I switched from average Joe down the road. read more

The girls at the kiosk were very helpful and kind. The website said I could get 2-months for $9.99 for any of the washes, including the best one. However, the website was not allowing me to make the purchase so I went in person. She said the only deal they had was the 3-month for $20.99 for the highest which was super disappointing. If it wasn't for the attendants, I would have turned around and gone somewhere else. Maybe just a more consistent website -to -onsite deals. But the #1 thing that got this rating was that the water that was used inside the tunnel smelled like absolute dog turds. It smelt of sewage. Probably the standing water but still smells inside my car when going through the tunnel and when drying off my car. A little unsanitary. I will be asking for a refund as I really don't want to come back due to the smell and unhygienic conditions. Thanks tho! read more

Compared to other car washes I've used, Luv Carwash does a good job, even removing stubborn bird droppings and cleaning the tires. The colorful display while driving through is enjoyable. However, the bristles and brushes are a bit harsh, and I noticed several new scratches. Drying the car was easy, and the vacuum suction is great. read more

A part broke within the car wash, crashed down and totaled my friends car. I went to pick her up, as her car was not drivable, from the Balboa Ave location. She was told to go to their website and put in a claim. She was given a phone number that they didn't answer for days! What the heck! The customer support is non existent and they have yet to help her. It's been over a month. She has had to coordinate her own rental car and deal with towing. This could happen to you. Be aware that they may take responsibility but they don't make it a priority. While it is their fault she is the one paying all expenses so far. This company needs to step up and treat their customers with respect. Bad form LUV! read more

My friend told me she goes to this car wash and so I came to check it out and it's my favorite place to get my car wash too. This location has free carpet cleaning, free vacuums, and the air spray pressure thing to get dust off. The towels are always restocked too so that's very helpful. I think the pricing is fair too, very comparable to other car washes so I think you get your money's worth. I am always satisfied with my experience here :) read more

Uses a lot more quality soap as compared to other places! My car is ravaged by 2 littles constantly and I appreciate that window cleaner is provided. There's also a free carpet cleaner machine. Luv is my go-to car wash place. I would usually get the lowest cost option and I feel like even that one leaves my car pretty clean. I go once a week so I decided to buy the membership which lets me go whenever I want to get the car wash. The workers have always been kind and give you the little air fresheners which smell really great. I say for the price, it's a really good service. I go to the Luv car wash in Escondido and have found it to be excellent. The machinery is pretty new and does a great job in keeping my truck clean. I used to go to Star but this location is much more ample and less crowded. If I was to point out any negative is that the car is left dry 95%. I do have to dry off a few spots, about 5%, with the clothes they provide. I have never gone in and the car wash stops. In Star that was a common occurrence, thus the experience took much longer. The personal at this site are friendly and very helpful. I give it my highest recommendation! read more
