These guys have to be the nicest guys in spa Repair. Jeff was so funny, so knowledgeable, so fast. He came out put a brand new pump in the Jacuzzi, Jeff came all the way from Los Gatos to Santa Cruz, checked everything else, out charged me $800 which was very fair compared to having the Jacuzzi tech come out. He was so on it and his son was so polite. I recommend them ,five stars absolutely! read more

JK Spa Repair - Sauna Installation & Repair Near Me

Jeff came back next day after I called, the day before Christmas, to fix my sauna heater that no longer powered up, and frequently tripped the high limit switch in the past. The sauna was immediately back up and running for the holidays. However, it turned out that it would no longer reach a high enough temperature. This was due to incorrect temperature sensor placement. Jeff dispatched his son to fix this issue, at no additional cost. I couldn't recommend JK Spa repair more highly. read more

Jeff is very knowledgeable and willing to educate/answer questions over the phone. I had called many places and most will not answer questions or require inspection first, at a cost, and then repairs to be scheduled out 1-2 weeks later. Really appreciate the help he provided to get my hot tub leak issues resolved with his guidance, just in time for Halloween! read more

Jeff came to our home to help with the installation of a steam generator. He was very easy to talk with about the problem and plan of installation. He was super prompt - was able to get him to come in the same day I called. He was very professional and friendly. It was a difficult job because the box was high up and required a lot of muscle to move the old one out since it had water in it too. Jeff was very insightful on sharing observations about the product and also fixed the drain line that had been cut. Very experienced and professional. Highly recommend. read more

JK Spa Repair - This is the steam generator that was installed - Sauna Installation & Repair Near Me

JK Spa Repair is FANTASTIC!!! I used them for my spa temperature being off and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. So, when my mom had an issue with her pool pump making loud noises, I called Jeff to see if he could help. Jeff came out that day and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the pump had to be replaced, but Jeff wasted no timing in getting me a quote for the replacement the next morning. I agreed to replace the pump and Jeff picked up the pump and put it in that afternoon. Now, that's service!! They did an excellent job and treated my mom with total professionalism. These guys are really nice, fair people. So, if you want great quality service and value for your money, I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who may need spa or pool repairs. read more

I highly recommend, JK SPA REPAIR. Jeff is very professional, constantly positive, easy to communicate with and always pleasant. Jeff answered the phone promptly, when I called. Wow, a real person! I told him what my spa problem was, that it's leaking when pump is on twice a day. I was happy to hear that he'd be able to come out and fix my spa the same day. He just wanted a few photos to help him know what to buy. He said the pump was leaking, took the pump with him and returned the new one he'd bought. Said he could rebuild it instead of buying a new pump, to save us money. I agreed with that. We drained the spa. Today he came with the 'rebuilt' pump, installed it, turned spa on, filled spa, and tested it for any leaks, it's heating up now, so we shall see if all goes well. All done in 24 hrs. What service! read more

Jeff is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and generous. Unlike some other spa repair services, Jeff focused on solving my immediate needs rather than trying to sell me useful but unnecessary upgrades that would have delayed my tub's repair beyond the desired time frame. Not only did I get extremely reasonably priced service, Jeff made himself available to answer some of my newbie questions and painstakingly walk me through troubleshooting and repairing an issue to save me from paying him to do a service call. Not all heroes wear capes. read more

I contacted Jeff via his website. After a lot of work on my own to repair my steam shower, I was asking for help. He called me the following day, and when I described my problem, he told me that I probably had the control panel connected incorrectly to the new PCB that I had installed. He was exactly right. I rechecked it and corrected the mistake. It works perfectly. Jeff was very helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. I could not ask for a better support. read more

We were having problems with our 25 year old steam room not generating enough steam. I call back to New Jersey, where the manufacturer was based and asked for help in finding a repair service in the San Jose area who was quualified to make repairs on our Steam Mist system. They heartily suggested we contact Jeff at JK Spa Repairs. Jeff came out, took the system apart and quickly discovered that the heating element assembly was not producing enough heat to generate steam because several of the elements were no longer working. He removed the control box, added couplers on the copper piping and took it back to his work place. He let me know exactly what he was going to do which included ordering a new heating assembly from N.J., replace the element and bring the repaired unit back and install it. This way, any interruptions in our time at home would be held to a minimum. He called me on Tuesday and installed it that afternoon. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was very easy to talk with and he explained everything. He was very thoughtful of our time, planned his work well and cleaned up afterwards. His pricing was very reasonable. I would use him again. read more

fast, professional, awesome service. We called few other services for a month, absolute disaster of incompetence. Jeff responded quickly and within few hours, our spa was as new again. Really, don't call anybody else in the south bay. read more

Jeff Keuhn (408) 690-8500 helped us a great deal with the motor, heater and filter for our sunken outdoor jacuzzi. He was able to repair the heater, when other said it needed to be replaced. He was dogmatic when diagnosing a leaky filter dome. Gets the job done. He cleaned out the clogged pump to our pondless waterfall no charge. And that involved lifting some heavy boulders. Nice guy. Great prices. He really knows his stuff. Very experienced. read more

I had a constant FL1 error code on my Jaccuzzi J-325. The 2 technicians at JK identified the problem over the phone and gave expert instructions on how to clear the error by bypassing the faulty relay switch. Definately a 5 star business! read more

Lets see where to begin.. We have been challenged with finding and good/ fare/honest steam room repair service in Santa Cruz county. We are a locally owned and operated health club with members who value a good steam after working out. Many health clubs have decided to remove steam equipment which require frequent/or any maintenance. We were over the moon to find Jeff and his company offering fast and fare pricing for service to our steam room unit. He came to Santa Cruz and fixed our unit without suggesting new and expensive parts (which in the past always the case even when not needed by the other guys ) If you are looking for a friendly/ experienced/ honest company with very fare pricing. Call Jeff and his team today!! You cant go wrong!! read more

Never calling anyone else but JK Spa! Our hot tub suddenly would not heat up. We called the "authorized service center" as recommended by Paradise Valley Spas, where we got the tub and all we got was the run around. They could not schedule us for two weeks and when the day arrived, no one showed up. When I called, I was told that the technician was ill, that they had rescheduled me (another week) and that they had called me to let me know. FALSE. Then, the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN and when I called again, they said "you are scheduled for two weeks from now, we called and sent text messages." FALSE AGAIN. Paradise Valley Spas said "oops sorry, nothing we can do" and so I found JK spas on Google. They sent someone right away, who diagnosed the problem quickly (broken wire) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I now have their number in my phone for repairs and I promised I would do a five star review because it was EARNED. Thank you! Now just waiting for the tub to heat up...aaahh! read more

Jeff is very professional, responded very fast to our call, has reasonable prices and does an excellent job. We are very glad we found him.

Awesome service. I'm from the Seattle area and use these guys for parts 99% of the time. The 1% is for when I need a bolt for my pump and I can pick it up at Tacoma screw down the street. read more

Brian came by to do a replacement on a Thermasol steam controller. It was quick and easy, as he obviously had done it many times before. Scheduling was easy, and his experience let him roll with the quirks of every installation being just a little different.
