I brought my forks to Metric Motorsport to have the seals replaced. The first time, they said they…read morecouldn't find the right seals, so I found and ordered them myself, then drove back up there to drop them off -- already my second trip. When they said the forks were finished, I picked them up, installed them on my bike, and immediately noticed they were leaking worse than before. I took them back, and they rebuilt them again -- but the issue continued. They told me there was a missing washer, which I personally believe they lost and didn't want to admit. After several trips back and forth (about five total), they started saying the problem was my fault and that something was wrong with my forks. But if that were true, they should've known that after rebuilding them four times. Instead, I wasted time, gas, and effort with no real solution. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. They were dismissive of my concerns, refused to take responsibility, and left me with leaking forks after multiple visits. I would not recommend Metric Motorsport

The next day, the Lisa from their finance department contacted us and went over the finance & insurance options and she too, made it quick, easy and hassle-free. She sent us the documents overnight and we got our bikes delivered right to our driveway that same weekend. From working with Dusty on a Monday to getting the numbers with Lisa on Wednesday, with the help of their awesome management team, our two bikes were sitting on our driveway early Sunday night. Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. I have owned a lot of bikes over the years and I can say Maverick always goes above and beyond to take care of my bike. Trip and Dane are always great to deal with!!
