I met Justin Pons when he was being a Good Samaritan. In the middle of frigid temperatures before…read moredawn, he waited outside the gym because my car headlights were left on and he didn't want my car battery to die and leave me stranded. I think that action itself shows a lot about Justin's character and the pride he takes in his car services. I have been going to Pons Auto Service ever since, and his kind, thoughtful, and meticulous service has kept my car running smoothly over the past four years. I have had very bad car service experiences before, and when I told Justin about that, he went the extra mile to ensure that he always provided the utmost detail, explanations of services rendered when I had questions, and timely updates. Honestly, his car shop has restored my ability to trust car guys again with the exemplary service that he has provided. I have full trust and faith in Justin that he will always provide the necessary car services without overcharging or "fixing" things that don't need to be fixed. Justin goes the extra mile to not only get the job done right, but does so honestly and transparently. I really appreciate the work that he has put into my almost twenty-year-old vehicle and he has kept it in excellent shape since I have been coming here. Pons Auto Service deserves all of the business and I will tell everyone I possibly can at every chance I get to come here and support this small business! Thank you for all you do, Justin!

Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!).
