Real professional people. Highly recommended. Got a NavTool Apple Carplay module for my old Mercedes. Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. You wouldn't get anything better than this. read more

Do not waste your time, look elsewhere. I assume many of their reviews may have been left by their friends, family and coworkers. These guys are totally unprofessional. As soon as they figured out I was not going to do what THEY wanted, they completely cut off communication. Call me crazy but I thought a business existed to give the customer what the customer wants? read more

Very helpful in helping me decide my car radio replacement options. Quick and convenient during the installation and labor cost came under the original quote. Would recommend! read more

Just had the folks at Auto Addictions fix an issue I was having with an after market remote starter. Did the job expeditiously, and took time to explain why the problem occurred and how to avoid the issue in the future. Had a comfy waiting area as well. Would highly recommend them based upon the service I received. read more

Nice guys! They were able to replace my taillight covers the same day I called in an hour. And the price was more than reasonable.

Had my front windows tinted to match the back which comes tinted from the factory. Excellent work! No bubbles, edges are perfect. Price was reasonable and quoted as such. read more

Had a backup camera installed on an older used car for my kids. Austin made room on the schedule to get me in within a week. Car was done in under 2 hours. Austin also got the key fob working and did not charge anything extra. I could not be happier. Austin spent time with me and clearly explained everything. It's hard to find good quality people that do the right thing for really good price and have top end service. I am so glad I found Auto Addictions. I will be back with any electrical need for any of my cars. Thanks guys! read more

My wife and I were visiting Pittsburgh this weekend and wanted to get a car alarm installed. After seeing reviews we stopped in this Saturday. They made time for us on short notice and installed a two way viper alarm system with remote starter. They included a blue tooth connection free of charge as a thank you for our business. Our 2015 Equinox was ready to go after they explained the system and set up our phone to control the system remotely. When I am away from Pittsburgh I always brag about how nice the people are and how friendly the city is to guests. Auto Addictions and their staff are exactly what sets Pittsburgh apart from other areas. Everyone that visited the store had only good things to say about their business. If in Pittsburgh, take your car their for all your electronics!!!! read more

I had a problem that could have been big or small but I don't know too much about cars so I was just guessing. I walked into and Scott greeted me right away and he asked my problem and went right out to my car in that moment and fixed my problem. To him, it was probably something he always sees but this car is my life and he didn't even bat an eye and took his tools and worked his magic. The best part was at the end, Scott just wanted me to have a good day. Within minutes, I was in and out and my problem was fixed. I don't know of a better work model than that. AA - you got a great guy on your hands! Thank you! read more

I recieved a new CarPlay headunit for a Christmas gift, and messaged the shop about installation on Christmas expecting to get a response on Monday. They messaged me back soon after, telling me to call on Monday to get taken care of. I had a limited time frame to get the unit installed as I live out of town, and with a Monday phonecall I was scheduled the next day and had an accurate price quote for the work to be done. The installation was quick, neat, and problem-free, and a minor issue that arose was fixed over the phone promptly. The team at Auto Addictions did a great job, were professional, and were accomodating of my schedule. Even though it was a bit of a drive for me I would recommend them to anyone who needs car audio installation completed in the Pittsburgh Area. read more

Went in for a quote on new head unit, 4 speakers, an amp and a subwoofer for my Jeep. Quote was fair and I was booked within two weeks (only because I wanted a Saturday). Expected it to take a whole Saturday but I dropped it off when they opened and picked it up around 1oclock. Not a single complaint about the installation or the sound. They gave me the stock head unit and two of the speakers as well, but not the other two. Don't know what happened to them but I didn't feel the need to ask. read more

GO THERE AND USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I need to write a review for this establishment because I can't believe how nice these people are. I bought a new radio for my vehicle and noticed the steering wheel controls only scanned stations, it didn't move to the next preset station. When I called about it, Austin told me to come back anytime and they would change the default so it would work per my desires. I finally came back in (about 3 weeks later) and they went to work to fix the steering wheel controls. Austin came out and told me they couldn't fix it because my car controls weren't compatible. He didn't understand so he tried and tried again then called the company only to find out it couldn't be done with my car (which never happened to them before). To solve this problem, they removed my radio and put a new one in for me. I was completely refunded for my first purchase and there was no charge for the additional labor. They wanted me to be very happy and I am! I can't say enough about these men. Who does that anymore? They took back my (essentially) used radio and replaced it for me only charging the difference in cost of the two radios. Plus they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle. Seriously, who are these people? I will go out of my way and recommend them to everyone I know. You won't be sorry with anything they do for you. read more

I have an '03 Audi Allroad and they did a great job tinting all the windows. No bubbles and quick service! Highly recommend!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Recently had them install a new touch screen receiver, a satellite radio antenna, automatic start, and even a tow hitch. They not only do a super clean job, but take the time to answer questions and take all the time in the world to explain the new system to me. read more

I started dealing with this shop 5 1/2 yrs ago and I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. They are the only shop that i felt comfortable enough to work on my tractor trailers. And over the yrs I've in a two Avalon's, two Kenworth's, two Cummins pickup trucks, a Tahoe, and my Harley. Over the yrs they gained my trust and I have a personal relationship with the owner/Mark and his staff consisting of Tyler and Austin. The work I had done over the yrs has included tint, stereo upgrades, remote start, LED foglight kits, and tire and wheel upgrades. What's most important is I only had one problem and they made it right without an upcharge. It was only a bad foglight but it's the little things that matter the most. Matter of fact the just squeezed me in and did a tint job, subwoofer upgrade, foglight upgrade, and remote start on my 2015 Toyota Avalon. I couldn't be happier with they guys. Be a car guy all my life this place has become home for my car, truck, and Harley needs. read more

Awesome job, these guys stand by their work and take pride in what they do. I've had windows tinted, HID lights installed, detail service, etc... always a great job by Auto Addictions. I made the mistake of going elsewhere first and I regretted it. read more

Got my windows tinted at Auto Addictions, will never go back. The tint work looked terrible and Marks attitude is unprofessional. If you are looking for quality work, go else where. read more

Very unprofessional sloppy work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Install was not checked for accuracy and cost was miss quoted.

I was referred by a dealer who uses these guys. Mark the owner was helpful and proactive when it came to solving an issue that my dealership couldn't answer. He continued to investigate a problem until it was able to be solved. I would recommend them for many of your after factory car needs! read more
