His wealth of knowledge in security for my industry saved me a lot of headache with my insurance company. Everything he told me I would need, is exactly what my insurance company required. He did not try to sell me on anything I did not need and was very professional and honest. His security system installers came out within one week of me signing the contract and installed the security system in one day. They did an amazing job by cleaning up after their mess and painting areas that were worked on. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. My security system is amazing and works like a charm. I feel much more secure leaving my office at the end of the day knowing my customers jewelry is locked up and secure. Thank you Progressive Technology Security Systems

In one word: FLAKY!…read more From the first time we called Progressive Technology, the sales manager was very unreliable and took several days or even weeks to reply to emails and phone calls. The company I work for purchased a security system elsewhere and only needed a professional installation. The first time that Progressive was scheduled to come give us an installation estimate they never showed up - I had to call several times and the sales manager said that he got caught up with a problem with another client and didn't have time to call and cancel my appointment. The next time we re-scheduled an estimate, the sales manager showed up over 1 hour late, but didn't call to say he was running late - I had to call him to ask where he was. Progressive gave us a reasonable price quote so we finally scheduled a date for the install. On the day that they were supposed to install, we waited and waited.... Progressive NEVER SHOWED UP. Late in the afternoon, we received an email (not a phone call) saying that we need to fill out some authorization form and send a deposit of %50 in order for them to install. This was never mentioned previously. Over a month and a half later (and several phone calls and emails later), Progressive finally showed up to install our system, and then said that because they "rushed" our install job that full payment was due that day. We paid the 50% deposit and expected the balance would be due in 30 days (as is typical for any other company), but they said no, it is due in full immediately. It has been less than a week since the install and the finance dept has harassed me every single day about the balance due when I told them that our accountant only works 2 days a week and that we will pay the balance ASAP. I would not recommend this company unless you think getting the runaround is a fun and worthwhile way to spend your time and money.

Our HOA community has employed Golden Eagle Security services for parking enforcement. We are most…read moredefinitely not getting the services we are paying for. Reaching out via their website goes unanswered when questioned about their lack of patrols they perform and their supposed tracking system that appears to be non existent. If and when they drive by and feel like doing what they are paid for they may leave a pointless citation/warning on someone's window when they are violating the rules and even when the rules aren't being violated. They have left warning notices on the same car multiple times with no tow call. They have left warning notices on residents paying to park in the community. It is now a joke because parking is not being enforced because Golden Eagle doesn't perform. Would never recommend their services for parking enforcement!
