Jeffrey has been taking care of our carpets for more years than I can remember. He works hard and is very adaptable to the situation. He takes the time to do a good job. Dog messes and coffee spills have presented some serious challenges, but he takes them in stride. I believe his charges to be quite reasonable for the amount of work he puts in. Plus, he is very personable and easy to work with. I recommend him most highly. John in Palo Alto read more

Best carpet cleaner out there. I have tried several over the years but the stains eventually come back after it drys. Not anymore. Can't say enough great things about this company. Will use for years to come :) read more

So there are two rooms. I measured them. One is 11 ft by 9 ft. The other room, since the Queen sized bed was in there. All was left was a space of 9 feet by 5 feet to vacuum. So there is a total of 144 feet to be vacuumed. The guy that came looked and it is $130 to do it. I said okay well the landlord is not here, so if she hired you guys, go ahead for now and I will call her to check. I left to get groceries, called the landlord and she said that's super expensive. I went on the company website and with the square footage it should be about 80 bucks. And there's a yelp deal too! When I told him that the prices was high and that i saw a yelp deal, he got really mad. I thought he was going to punch me. He yelled and pulled all the cords to the vacuums out of the wall and shouted something like," Don't be surprised if you get robbed!!!!" Or something like that. I tried to talk to him about the price and finishing the second room. He didnt listen at all. He stormed out and yelled while he was grabbing all his stuff. Even the two handymen working in the kitchen and bathroom fixing the house asked me why he was yelling and if I was okay. I was asking about paying him. I told him that I would call the company to check on the prices. He did not listen to anything I said or respond at all. He threw his stuff into the white van and sped away. What the..... read more

This guy is seriously the master of carpet cleaning. My 20 month old twins have thrown up, spilled juice and destroyed my carpets. Thank god I called Jeffery for the job. Affordable, beyond quality work. I will definitely recommend this Jeffery to everyone and anyone whom asks about carpets and the best in town. Don't support businesses that just hire people that don't take pride in their work, hire this guy because he does. This is what he does all day. Thank you Jeffery! You're amazing! read more

JJCarpetCare - Perfection - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Jose, California

J&J is seriously the best carpet cleaner I've ever used! And I would know because half of the guys in my family worked for Stanley Steemer. (No offense to Stanley Steemer.) Mr. Jeffrey Collins did a phenomenal job. And he definitely had his work cut out for him. He was also very friendly and did not mind explaining why our carpet was the way it was and what needed to be done, for such a reasonable price!! My husband works as a garage door repairman and always has greasy dirty shoes on the carpet. I've also been know to be a klutz and have always spilt my liquid face makeup in the past! It had been in the carpet for a while. Time, grease and stains together do not make for an ideal combo. But he got the job done wonderfully! We will definitely be calling him to come back to treat our carpet, he recommended every 6 months, but I'm sure we'll see him sooner. For all your carpet cleaning needs call J&J Carpet cleaning! They're an awesome company!! read more

I've known Jeffery for 3 years. He is my number choice for carpet care. He does a great job at removing all those crazy stains from those crazy parties in your home. He uses the best chemicals and best equipment to get the job done. He is extremely friendly and isn't like other carpet cleaners who are rude and are there just to work and leave. He cares for his customers. After he was done, everything looked like new! He is probably be the best out there. You don't need a big company to get the job done. Sometimes you have to support your local businesses to get the best results. read more

Wow!!! Jeffrey is so professional and did an amazing job in my 3 bedroom. He was meticulous and took out some nasty stains. I have two kids and a crazy dog: Coffee, and even putty play dough my kids got stuck and stained the carpet. He was so nice too!!! I found Jeffrey on Yelp. All five star reviews except one review from a woman who sounds unreasonable and you can see how gross her carpet was! Honestly it was a great value for great service! I don't know what carpet shampoo he uses but it smell so nice: the smell is not over powering it's almost Smells of cinnamon or something. I was in the process of moving out too and he was able to work around our move out mayhem. My dad was helping me move and now plans on using him for his carpets. I love awesome customer service! I'm so grateful! Thanks again sir if you happen to see this. read more

Mr Jeffery is truly passionate and dedicated to his work.I had a cat previously and lots of cat hair were embedded in the carpet. He cleaned it like its brand new! My carpets now look amazing! I was moving out of my apartment and was required to get my carpets professionally cleaned. I didn't think they looked that bad but after he was done I realized I may have needed to get them cleaned earlier. Jeffery removed stains from my carpet easily and didn't charge extra for the extra care he needed for those special spots. I would definitely suggest you give him a try! read more

I needed 2 rooms cleaned in a condo that my tenant left pretty filthy. Everyone I called wanted way too much and they weren't able to accommodate my schedule. I got a great deal from J&J and the carpets were spotless. I really liked that fact that I didn't have to pay cash/check and could use my credit card. That was an added bonus because most small businesses don't offer credit card payment. I highly recommend J&J and will definitely use him again in the future. read more

J&J is by far the best carpet cleaning service out there! I have 2 small children and I always have other children over so you can only imagine the traffic that goes through. I first tried the rug doctor to try and do it my self! The carpet didn't stay clean very long. I then reached out to other carpet cleaners again it didn't stay clean very long and when they were finish there was a smell I didn't like!! So I was recommended J&J and I'm so glad I was!! Jeffery is very nice and professional and he knows his stuff! Apperently we have been cleaning the carpet wrong and he explained to me it was matted so it was a bit of extra work for him. I also have 3 rugs and Jeffery said he could do them too! I was really surprised because no one ever offers to do more work right? No Jeffery kept a great attitude the whole time!! J&J is also very affordable. I would highly recommend J&J! So if you need your carpet or rugs cleaned J&J is the one to call!! read more

Jeffrey did a great job cleaning the carpet in my apartment! After it was done, I was afraid that the rough feel was from leftover residue and was hoping it would go away after a full vacuum. Sure enough, that's what worked to soften the carpet like brand new! Major spots are almost completely gone. He charges a reasonable price and even moves furniture for you! He concentrates in the San Jose downtown area, but will work most places in the South Bay/peninsula. I would definitely recommend him. read more

I want to start by saying that I normally do not right a review unless its really worth it. Jeffery has just finished my stained carpet and it looks like New. No more food spills, kid messes, or dirt spots. I thought I had walked into a new living room. I asked him what he does differently than other well known names I've used in the past and he said that he doesn't use too much chemicals (which makes me happy) and he puts care in it. He uses ild school methods with a modern twist. I Love It! Jeffery is now my go to person and I'm referring everyone I know to him. read more
