So there are two rooms. I measured them. One is 11 ft by 9 ft. The other room, since the Queen sized bed was in there. All was left was a space of 9 feet by 5 feet to vacuum. So there is a total of 144 feet to be vacuumed. The guy that came looked and it is $130 to do it. I said okay well the landlord is not here, so if she hired you guys, go ahead for now and I will call her to check. I left to get groceries, called the landlord and she said that's super expensive. I went on the company website and with the square footage it should be about 80 bucks. And there's a yelp deal too! When I told him that the prices was high and that i saw a yelp deal, he got really mad. I thought he was going to punch me. He yelled and pulled all the cords to the vacuums out of the wall and shouted something like," Don't be surprised if you get robbed!!!!" Or something like that. I tried to talk to him about the price and finishing the second room. He didnt listen at all. He stormed out and yelled while he was grabbing all his stuff. Even the two handymen working in the kitchen and bathroom fixing the house asked me why he was yelling and if I was okay. I was asking about paying him. J&J is seriously the best carpet cleaner I've ever used! And I would know because half of the guys in my family worked for Stanley Steemer. (No offense to Stanley Steemer.) Mr. Jeffrey Collins did a phenomenal job. And he definitely had his work cut out for him. He was also very friendly and did not mind explaining why our carpet was the way it was and what needed to be done, for such a reasonable price!! My husband works as a garage door repairman and always has greasy dirty shoes on the carpet. I've also been know to be a klutz and have always spilt my liquid face makeup in the past! It had been in the carpet for a while. Time, grease and stains together do not make for an ideal combo. But he got the job done wonderfully! Wow!!! Jeffrey is so professional and did an amazing job in my 3 bedroom. He was meticulous and took out some nasty stains. I have two kids and a crazy dog: Coffee, and even putty play dough my kids got stuck and stained the carpet. He was so nice too!!! I found Jeffrey on Yelp. All five star reviews except one review from a woman who sounds unreasonable and you can see how gross her carpet was! Honestly it was a great value for great service!
