If you're like me, I dread going to an automotive service center as they typically are very pushy and make you feel bad for not taking a service. I have to say this experience was great. They got the inspections done in lightning time, were very informative about the condition of my car and gave me some tips on what to look out for. They truly preach the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" saying allowing me to buy a little more time out of my car before my next major repair. I'll definitely be giving them a shot at more business when the time comes to fix the issues they saw forthcoming. Thanks Sunny!

Service was incredibly rude (he drove so fast and cut curves so close that I thought the side where my tire wasn't tied down was going to bounce off, he insisted that the garage I was going to didn't exist, and he seemed generally annoyed that he had to tow my car). He also charged my account before telling me what he was charging. When asked at the time what the charge covered, he said it was automatically calculated. The garage I towed to was surprised at how rude this person was to me, his inability to follow a simple instruction on where to place my car, and floored by the cost, especially after finding out it was only seven miles! This was a very disappointing interaction. The bill was not itemized and when questioned about the cost a few days later, I was told they could charge whatever they want. My family and I have used this company for towing services since the early 1990s. Not any more. I'm keeping their card in my car with a note to specifically not use them (that same card I've had for decades and that has moved from car to car!).
