Found that odd but thought maybe they were being generous since most burgers get 2 patties and the impossible is always one. But my daughter tried it anyway. I think whoever was working the kitchen added an impossible patty to a standard burger instead of replacing it. If your kitchen is going to offer impossible/vegetarian options you need to make sure you're actually giving the vegetarian option. Now I have a daughter that ate meat against her will. Thankfully she had very little because she felt something was off. The rest of the burger was thrown away. Extremely frustrating. I don't like the wait at the bar before anyone acknowledges you when you're there for a pick up order, but I put up with it because my daughter likes the impossible cowboy burger and the fries.
