Stopped in for a light dinner. We had the pretzel and cheese with the spinach dip and chips. They were great. They pair with art and soul for food and they did a great job. The beer was wonderful. I had a couple variations of OC/DC pilsner. Loved it.

Enjoyed the Mosaic THAT (Again?) IPA.

I got to try Boiler Brewing Company, a brewery I had down on my list that is located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The beer that Steve and I got to try was the Mosaic THAT! (Again?)... an intriguing name to be sure and perhaps an inside joke to the brewery staff and maybe regular customers. This beer was a New England/ Hazy IPA type that we both liked fairly well. Flavor features to look for while enjoying this refreshing beverage is hoppy, tropical, citrusy and piney. Lots of characteristics that typically go with an IPA but that's OK because this one was still an enjoyable one and not so boring. They also have some pretty fun swag items to enjoy too in which I purchased a fun ball cap to go representing on future brewery visits.

Fuzz of the Dog 4oz pour...so cute and refreshing...I could definitely commit to a larger pour next time @veefoodlife

If variety is the spice of life...then I was definitely feeling hot, hot, hot HERE!! Recently in town for work and stopped by from a local work mate rec! So glad I did! There are parking lots nearby and street parking. The location is in the basement of the building and had an awesomely large wooden door! The sheer amount of available choices of sours, ciders, hard seltzers made me so ridiculously happy. Most come in a variety of sizes meaning you can create your own flight should you choose to! Pretty fun location with lots of seating, would be good for groups! They don't make their own food, but you can order and it's delivered to the brewery! I had the boiler burger and the frings and I enjoyed the seasoning on the frings. I thought the burger was on the dryer side so it was just ok for me. While I was there, I did notice they do trivia nights!Definitely stopping back here again, next time I'm in town!

Great place for drinks. Really cool atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Food was okay but would still come back again for drinks then try somewhere near for food. Definitely recommend and would come back to try something new.

The best local Lincoln brewery by far. They have a variety of beer styles from Pils, Hefe, IPAs, Hazy, Sours, Stouts and even Mead. And best of all they are quite good and inventive (Pickle Pils? Yeah they have that). Cheesecake sour. Yep. And to top it off the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Oh and you can buy single cans - which is rare as most force you buy 4/6 packs. Come here you won't be disappointed

One of the most creative places with beer. They are wizards with unique flavor combinations. A large variety of styles, not ipa heavy like many places are these days. In fact, they sometimes don't even have any ipas on ta. They usually have a ton of creative sour beers, some classic styles at times, and always a lot of creative spins on beer. Friendly people, great service, and a cool atmosphere. The downtown location is in a basement of an old building and has a very cool vibe. The south location is more roomy and light, in a more modern development. Both great stops! I do wish they would have some more of their barrel aged offerings on tap more frequently, but that is because they really shine in that department & I want to try more!

This place never disappoints, hands down best beer in the area. Want a good beer? Your search is over, they have been brewing good batches here for many moons ‍

Sitting at a conference table enjoying a beer!

Another gem to visit if you like historic buildings. The staff was friendly and encouraged you to wander and sit anywhere you want! We found the best place in this brewery!

"Great beer, great service, great space. Boiler Brewing Company and tap room is located in downtown Lincoln in the historic Grand Manse building. The stately stature of the Grand Manse is accurately reflected in the bold beers that brewmaster Tim Thomssen prefers to make." this short excerpt from boilers website sums them up nicely. Boiler is one of the few breweries in Nebraska I'll actually drive out to specifically for the beer. An hour from Omaha, this brewery consistently puts out top quality beer, mead, and cider. Hazy IPA's and bold stouts are their mainstays, and I couldn't be happier with that. I've come in quite a few times, however being located in the basement of the Grand Manse, theres not a lot of cell phone reception, and the wifi is spotty, and my checkin count reflects that. Would not recommend trying to work remotely from boiler for this reason alone. Boiler consistently trades well on the secondary beer market. That alone should be a testament to t he suds they produce, but the beer truly speaks for itself. They do not do sample pours at boiler, so if you want to try something expect to buy a 4oz pour of it rather than just ask to try it.

I love an old converted boiler room location. And have been wanting to try boiler brewing for a while now. Finally got the chance to stop in and grab a few crowlers and a sample on a random Wednesday afternoon. Great location, great beers. Excellent vibe, friendly patrons and bartender. What's not to love?

Really nice beers offered. With a big selection it was hard to make up my mind. I ended up ordering about 6 different samplers and a beer (and brought back a few more via plane to Florida!). Everything tasted great but I wish first timers could get a complimentary splash when trying to decide between 2-3 beers and only wanting to drink 1 full beer without spending nearly $20 on samples.

Ask the Community - Boiler Brewing Company

Are pets allowed or is there outdoor seating?

As the place is in the basement there's certainly no patio seating and if your pupper or doggo is friendly I could see no reason why they would not allow them to enter

I grabbed a crowler of Jitters and a bottle of white stout because it seemed like the right thing to do.

This restaurant appears to be part of an office building…read more Because today is a Saturday, there are lots of parking lots available. Not sure you would get the same availability of parking lots on a workday We were seated once we walked in. Pretty prompt in service. There are a variety of seating available. We chose a booth to sit at. Pretty comfortable seats. Hubby ordered beers And I ordered a cocktail. First cocktail I ordered was apple matcha. Tasted Pretty much like plum wine on rocks with a slice of lemon. I was not expecting that So I asked to make sure the order i made and the server took was correct. Based off of the ingredients- it should have been crown apple, yuzu, matcha powder, lemon and grapefruit and vanilla syrup. Just from the ingredients alone- I would have expected something with some green in it. Light green. Or floating matcha powder. I didn't taste any of the elements quoted. But it was nice- as previously mentioned- tasted like plum wine. Our server did check on our behalf and she said this was made correctly. I ordered Thai shrimp sliders. Shrimp was crispy and plump. Slaw on top was delicious. Sauce was a little sweet. But overall good combination. I ordered a second drink - clarified saturn. This time- i did taste the elements of the ingredients. Peaflower infused gin, golden falernum, pistachio syrup, passionfruit and lemonjuice. Light lavender/ pink was the right colour. Tad strong on pistachio syrup and not really tasting the passionfruit. This was better than first drink. Overall good experience and we will be back.
