This is my new favorite pizza place in Lincoln!! I tried the pizza on a whim when I was hanging out at Kinkaider brewery for the World Cup and I am obsessed! I probably have gotten pizza like three times since I first tired it lol. It usually takes like twenty to thirty minutes but I don't mind the wait! The patio is super nice to hang out on and there is a good vibe going on inside too. I do not drink alcohol myself, but my boyfriend really liked the beer! Tasting room for Kinkaider Brewing out of Broken Bow, Nebraska. They also have bloody marys and a few local spirits, which I didn't try because I was there for the beer. If you're in town for the weekend, Saturday is the day for people-watching (especially on football weekends). Sunday is quieter and has better drink specials - after enjoying a flight of five beers for $5, I decided that at that price I couldn't afford not to buy another one!! Pumpkin ale (lager?), if they have it, had just a hint of pumpkin and wasn't too cloying or obnoxious. The mango habañero IPA delivers a trifecta of bitter, sweet and heat. It's a solid microbrewery in the Haymarket District that houses an impressive 17 craft beer selections. The beertender, Tiffany, helped recommend some popular choices for my flight. I really liked the spicy notes in the Devil's Gap Jalapeño ale, it was surprisingly addicting. I was tempted to order another, but the Snow Beast Winter Ale was the winner for me. It had a nice hoppy spice and subtle toasted malt flavor. To top it off, I received 25% off my t-shirt since it was "Merchandise Monday". It was a great start to my week in Nebraska, I left the brewery as a Kinkaider fan! Overall: Friendly staff with fun/interesting craft beers at reasonable prices. Worth it? Lovely little taproom in the Haymarket district of Lincoln that has a sign posted that they encourage outside food. I wish I'd seen that before I wolfed down my poke nearby, but hey, lesson learned. Instead, I enjoyed my beer at the bar and watched the people come and go. 16 different beers on tap here and I wanted all of them. Six permanent and ten rotating so there's going to be something for all tastes. Radler, sour, honey wheat, saison, sweet ale, porter, IPA, Vienna lager and more. I stuck with the Death In the Hills Pils, a Czech-style pilsner that was delicious. And after that, I had a small taster of the Devil's Gap Jalapeno Ale that was amazing. When you can choose between a flight to 5 beers or flight 12, go big or go home! Cheers! I absolutely love this option and the first steps are so nice and friendly. There is a lot of great merch including rubber beer glasses that are great for the lake or the pool. On Tuesday nights you get a free beer by purchasing one of the cups which is $20. Great deal if it comes with a free drink! There are normal beers such as wheat meals and ipas as well as things that are a little off the grid such as a jalapeno ale and a dark cherry cider. I thought Cali had a lot of micro breweries, but downtown Lincoln is defiantly the king of micro brews. This place opens at 4:00 and there were 7 people inside by 4:01. I came here with a large group of friends on a Saturday night. I am not a big beer drinker, honestly, but I enjoyed my experience. The place is very nicely decorated (I was a huge fan of the blue walls, which is neither here nor there). It's kind of on the small side, and a friend mentioned that it can sometimes get pretty packed later in the nights on weekends. We had great service! There was a sign somewhere that said to order at the bar, but we had someone regularly coming to our table to get drink orders and bring us water and stuff. I drank the moscato the place had available, which was not super notable, but satisfactorily delicious. 4 stars only because I can't rate the beer, nor do I wish to. read more

Inside was SUPER loud (could benefit from some soundproofing), but we sat on the patio out back and had a great experience (optimal people watching and beautiful weather). Our server was very knowledgeable about all the drafts and gave some great recommendations. My husband had a flight, I tried a mead. My one request would be to get some cider on tap! My husband was originally from Broken Bow so this brewery means a lot to him. We were excited to see that it had expanded to Lincoln as it is much closer! We hit up the bar before the Nebraska game and enjoyed the wide variety of Kinkaider beers on tap (I went for the grapefruit radler)! We were hoping to eat lunch there as the food at the brewery in Broken Bow is phenomenal; however do to the small space there is no place for them to have a kitchen. You can bring in outside food though which is nice! read more

Flavored beer, pretty gross, habanero, peanut butter, coffee , all of them suck, ipa was just ok, not a real brewery.

Quite simply, there is no better brewery in Lincoln. Staff is personable and helpful. The beer is always fantastic. And dogs are allowed!

The beer is so good; tons of choices. Locally brewed too! Haymarket parking is tough though.
