What's worse is that the managers are just as incompetent--allowing their staff to treat customers this way without addressing it. It's clear that there's no leadership or accountability here. I doubt there's more than one given the pace they move at). I tried calling before going in, as the website instructed me too, but no answer nor callback. Please go anywhere else than here, unless you plan on wasting your day away in the waiting room. Overall horrendous care. And Labcorp, do not apologize and respond with any "we will look into this to make your experience better" nonsense. That's been said already, yet here we are, still experiencing awful care at your hand. If you truly cared about your customers, you would have listened to the dozens of others complaining before me and actually have done something about it. I know I should have listened and stayed away.

Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. As a residence owner, not a contractor, their help and reassurance was very valuable. Had 3 different samples tested and thankfully only 2 of them had asbestos in them. The kiosk was easy to check in with, and I was offered a spot at 10AM with the option to wait in the lobby or go walk around until they were ready. I brought the book I've been meaning to read and didn't even get half a page in before they called me back. The gal working with me was super kind and friendly, and I actually felt super relaxed despite my medical anxiety. She answered all of my questions and got me in and out in minutes. I never leave reviews for anything, so I mean it when I say take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. All of the employees were very quick and kind, and it sounded like they worked well as a team to get people in and out. You never know whom you're getting care from and if it will be in any way decent. There's no way to meaningfully ask your provider for help. And everything--any task at all from the most profoundly medical to the most simply administrative--takes an obscene amount of time, that would be comical in a dark nihilist way if it wasn't your health on the line. Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!

The entire experience was no less than fantastic. The rapport of the staff towards myself and my daughter was warm and genuine. Dr. Go called me to tell me my results and treated me like an addict, interrogated me and made me feel so disrespected. I did a drug test that same day and it came out negative!! I also went and did another drug screening at LabCorp the very next day and everything came out negative!!! I do not recommend this site but if you MUST, make sure they place a patient label on the sample and have you sign the sample label!! They did not do this for me and I have reason to believe it was a faulty exam or a mix up on the lab's end!!!

Sarah took initiative and helped us out. She pulled me back and took care of making an appointment a Emmanuel for my son. I was already stressed out so the fact that she took her own time to drop everything and tell the front desk to print things out and call to schedule an appointment was great of her to do. She even printed out directions and highlighted things for me. When I first went in the front desk just said that they don't draw from children so little but when Sarah stepped in she took over and took care of everything for us. Great customer service! Thank you, Sarah. For going above and beyond especially during a crazy time.
