Not available when they said they would be. Had to wait 40 minutes for a simple 5 minutes lab collection.

The line was not moving. There was one young guy who seemed to be running the entire operation single handedly. On other guy would come out of a little office, swab someone, and then disappeared for over 15 minutes. Out of desperation, we waited there for over an hour and finally got swabbed. Meanwhile, they let a guy who came on foot with no appointment cut the whole line of cars. The guy who checked us in also did our swabs. He was very nice. No sooner than 6 days later I received my result: negative. Not very helpful. To top is all off, I tested positive on a pcr one day after that. The one guy working there said this company was started by a couple doctors in California. I have a feeling they are making a huge profit off this. They also need to revisit their business practices as this was the least efficient testing site I have had the pleasure of visiting during this pandemic.

There are other reviews of this clinic altering your sample collection date/time so it looks like they were never late in giving you results. If you're traveling to another country this could put you in legal peril. I scheduled a Molecular NAAT for travel for 1PM on Sunday. I read all the negative reviews and arrived 15 minutes early at 12:45pm. They were open so I drove up. The guy at check-in told me they are closing for lunch and to return in 30 minutes. I mentioned that my appointment is at 1pm though and you're asking me to come later. He said, "yes come shortly after 1pm ... come at 1:15pm." Ok so I left their lot and went to grab a coffee. Came back at 1:15pm and there was a sign blocking the entrance and now there were 4-5 cars parked ahead of me. The sign blocking the entrance said they were expected to be open again at 1:00pm--they didn't even have the decency to communicate the time change by updating the sign with whiteboard marker. Now there were more people queueing and walk-ups trying to figure out what's going on. I emailed them requesting a refund. Still closed as of 1:28pm. Had to schedule another appointment out of state to satisfy my time-sensitive needs. I fully expect not to hear from customer support about a refund and will promptly send through a chargeback if that's the case.

I feel Prism Health has created a safe enough environment for my nervous system that for the first time in my life I have actually felt comfortable going to the doctor. So much so that I no longer just go when my body is in urgent need of care, but I am actually starting to consider my health pro-actively because it feels like their team / doctors truly care. They take the time to consider all aspects of your experience & hardships that may be impacting your physical health. I have never felt safer seeking physical health support before! 1000/10 recommend seeking primary care services with them if you are LGBTQIA2S+ and/or have experienced significant trauma & thus going to the doctor is difficult

The internal workings of seeing a provider, seeing a specialist, communicating with your provider and not some random person in their system, getting tests ordered ... it's all a massive mess. You never know whom you're getting care from and if it will be in any way decent. There's no way to meaningfully ask your provider for help. And everything--any task at all from the most profoundly medical to the most simply administrative--takes an obscene amount of time, that would be comical in a dark nihilist way if it wasn't your health on the line. This place is a disaster! Even with a scheduled appointment, be prepared to wait an hour. What is…read morethe point of setting up a timed appointment if you are made to wait so long? I've been to several other LabCorp locations and have had excellent experiences, the appointment times were respected, and they provided friendly service. Decided to try this location, inside Legacy Emanuel, since it's closest to my house, important when doing fasting labs. And near my gym so I could combine the two trips. Arrived 15 minutes prior, as instructed, and checked in using the QR code on my appointment confirmation text. Done. This was the only smooth part of the process. Took my seat and waited and waited. Helped several older people check in who didn't have a QR code, and the system requires so much info, and these folks just couldn't figure it out or stand there long enough to keep typing in all the required info. No one who works there offered to help, so this is how I passed the time. After 30 minutes I walked into larger waiting room to see where my name was on the scrolling board of waiting patients. My name wasn't even there! I found a worker to help me, she confirmed I had checked in, and told me to wait. Again. Finally I was told to go to the hallway of lab rooms and pick one and wait. Since room #1 was occupied and a technician was drawing blood, I chose #2 after seeing that 3 and 4 were empty. One would assume that I was next. Wrong. I waited and waited, got up a few times to check out the other rooms, was told to go back to my room and someone would be with me. I waited and waited while those who entered this area were seated, assisted, and left. It was maddening. Especially hearing one tech in particular chatting away as if he was at a cocktail party. Do your job! Our time is important, too. Finally a tech came to my room, made some small talk of which I wasn't interested in, but since she is the one with the needle and drawing blood, I smiled politely and answered her questions. Finally left, well past the hour mark, and went right to my car and my thermos of coffee waiting for me. Will never, ever choose this location again.
