When I asked a simple question, the employee started huffing and puffing, clearly annoyed, and sarcastically said, "It's not rocket science." Instead of helping, she just walked away and refused to do her job. Mind you the office JUST opened. Completely unacceptable behavior. What's worse is that the managers are just as incompetent--allowing their staff to treat customers this way without addressing it. It's clear that there's no leadership or accountability here. I'm talking about Zac, Vanessa & Elizabeth. They are not only gentle with the needle, allow use of the butterfly needle unlike the others, but are friendly, patient, sweet & easy to work with. Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/

I've used New Century Labs multiple times over the last couple of years. So far I've been very…read morepleased with the service I receive. I for one, believe that the patient should have the right to participate in their own care. During this pandemic I'd rather not go to a doctors office full of sick people to get orders for a routine lab test. I have had low platelet counts in the past and had a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer as well. Both of these conditions require that I have my blood checked periodically. Rather than schedule a doctor's appointment I can just get on their website, select the appropriate test and by the following morning I can print up my lab orders. The charges for their tests are very competitive with other online labs. They also partner with Quest Diagnostics in my tiny town so, I have a location for the blood draw within a mile of my house. Within a few days I receive an email and can download and print my results. If something is amiss THEN I can schedule a visit to my doctor to discuss treatment. Otherwise, I have peace of mind that my condition is holding steady. I will definitely continue to count on them as a valuable health resource.

I believe he is related to the JSE Labs Owners. I wanted to warn people to avoid using Hunter for any testing or reporting. Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

The kiosk check-in was easy. Natasha at the desk called me up within 5 minutes and quickly and kindly got me all checked in. The tech was super nice and found my request for lab work from my doctor. She immediately took my blood samples, as she talked with me about my cats! Man, what a nice person. It was all over in an instant. This lab is right in the Gateway area, near NE 102nd Ave and NE Hancock St, next to Vibra Hospital, on the NE side of the hospital. Check my photos! According to my insurance agent I am not responsible for paying, they are. I went in for another test today and the young man at the counter asked if I was going to pay the $300 bill. I told him no, I am not responsible for that bill. So I left. I didn't want to add another unauthorized charge to my bill. Now I have to deal with this mess and I'm too old to have to go through the stress.
