My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! The technician, Andrew, claimed to have been working in this industry for 11 years, has never seen this type of a hot tub. Shockingly, he could not even figure out how the heating element works. He supposedly called the manufacturing company and told me everything is working fine. He did not diagnose the problem nor did he resolve the issue since my hot tub is still not heating up and now they are charging me 500$! When I called them to clarify they started yelling and threatening me. They are running a scam!! Stay away from these fraudsters. They should be reported.
