When I found that he was local and saw his ratings, I knew I had to try his service at least once. I switched from a bigger company who installed my equipment because it was difficult to get service and I had to speak to 2 or 3 different people to arrange that. I was tired of having to make phone calls, wait for replies and being made to feel that people were doing me a favor by charging me to come out for work. Mack called me back himself within 10 minutes of my message. He "interviewed" me on the phone about the problems I was having. He went to my home, serviced my unit and had it running right away. He also gave me advice and suggestions about keeping it running well. The price was a little cheaper than my previous company, but still within the range for an annual service. I will continue to use Mack because he seemed to care about my home as if it were his. Paying him was the last thing on his mind, he wanted me to be happy first. That's difficult to find; it's a pride of craftsmanship that is lacking in the bigger companies. I will use Mack from now on and you should too.
