Then they went ahead and did the work without confirming the price with me, which was double the amount I pay at my other place. Then I tried to pick up the dress two different times when he said he was open but he was not. Finally intercepted the shop when it was open. He handed me my dress back from his car all crumpled and the hem itself is messy and not well done.

I pick up the my jacket and STILL see makeup or whatever it is on the same spot I pointed out. The gentleman was who brought my garment out, so I asked if they couldn't get the spot out. He took another look and the older lady said "I already told her that we can't clean". Keep in mind she was already helping a customer but felt the need to be rude, in addition to her NOT telling me that initially. I responded to her and left. I will take my business elsewhere...for now.
