I went to visit Dr Choi on four different occasions. She continued to scheduled weekly follow-ups the problem never improved it continued to get worse. I advised her after the last visit that the following day I woke up and my face was swollen and when speaking with Teledoc via video call that they advised me that my symptoms were indicative of a sinus infection and that I needed an antibiotic. She asked me to come in yet again and stated that she was trying to be nice. I did not need her to be nice, I wanted her to do the job that she was being paid to do. I was not a friend asking her to assist me as a favor. She told me to come back YET AGAIN so that she could talk a look at my swollen face. She stated that she did not ask me about anything else because she thought my main concern was my ear, well yes that was initially the reason for the visit but since all of Ear. Nose. and Throat are all connected and be the possible reason for the issue I was continuing to have after a month, probing questions could have been helpful with finding a resolution to the problem I was having. When I called to advise her about the swollen face she seemed like she did not believe what I was saying, questioning my integrity.
