Food is tasty but can be a lil hit and miss. We called in an order and was told they ran out of rice. That's kinda like McDonalds running out of fries. It was a lil off putting since rice is a main part of their dishes and wasn't offered a price cut or substitute until we suggested more salad instead. Upon opening up meals we saw that there was some rice but it was the tots that were scarce w 5-6 pieces. Barely enough to share or fill space next to fried chicken sando. Lol. The delish flavs and that Korean crispy chicken skin crust is what helped round out this meal. The fried chicken sando surprised me w it's medley of slaw goodness. Hints of bite in there differentiated it from others in a surprising lovely way. You do have to eat sando soon after serving as it could start sogging. This made me want a deconstructed version of this in lunch plate form. Possibly in the future? Maybe call earlier to see if they have all sides stocked? read more

I came here craving Korean fried chicken one day and this was perfect! Located in a small food cart area, there is some seating but because it was a rainy day, I took mine home after ordering. Service was pretty fast and very kind. I got their wings, bibimbap, and chicken sandwich and it was all so delicious. the bibimbap was very veggie heavy (which I love) and I got it with chicken. It was flavorful and filling. The wings were amazing. They were so crispy and still juicy, and it also came with a side of rice and salad. And, the chicken sandwich was saucy and also delicious. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time! Very nicely fried chicken with a great balance of freshness from the kimchi and vegetables. The sandwich itself is quite juicy so the nice buns did a good job with soaking all the flavor up. I also ordered a small boneless chicken with honey soy and each piece was coated with sauce so it was a blast of flavor! I was not expecting rice and a side of salad so it filled me up! Service was extra friendly and the food was tasty and felt worthwhile for the price. I will need to come back to try the other flavors! Jin dak is a Korean fried chicken joint. I got the chicken sandwich with chicken wings. For the wings, I ordered the sweet garlic chilly sauce. The flavors were excellent. The sandwich was also very flavorful. The tots was fun addition to the meal. I appreciate the spice, yet would love the sweet garlic chilly to be a bit spicier, but it was great. Ordered the Bi Bim Bap, some places make it bland, this place is FULL of flavor. Marinated chicken was great, the veggies were good, perfectly cooked egg on top and delicious bean sprouts! We also ordered the boneless fried chicken, perfectly crispy with a smooth honey soy sauce and the salad with the dressing was tangy and delicious. I am so thrilled to have Korean food in Sellwood, it's been a missing link and we are getting FANTASTIC quality. The owner is friendly. I was in a hurry to look for some food to eat and came across some food cart pods. I wanted something light and on the healthier side, and found that Jin-Dak is selling bibimbap in addition to their Korean fried chicken. The owner was very kind and energetic. The bibimbap was delicious, I loved all the toppings on it. Once you mixed everything together it was a perfect bite especially with the egg yolk blending in everything. He raved about it and couldn't wait to take me We went on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't insanely busy, but it had a steady stream of people coming through. We shared a small Korean spicy boneless wing and kimchi fries. I'm a huge fan of as-spicy-as-you-can-get, but I also enjoy a subtle kick if it has good flavor. These wings were super tasty! I wouldn't consider them spicy at all, but I really enjoyed the flavor. They were also nice, crunchy, and sticky on the outside, like they should be. The chicken was good quality too. Sometimes places like to give you crappy chicken as long as it's coated in sauce. That's not the case here. Perfection! The kimchi fries were delicious. Located in a cutely named food cart pod, Piknik Park, Jin-Dak was a visit purely based on a whim. I wanted some eggplant from a food cart across the way and said to myself, "Hey, while I wait, let me check out the other food carts so I don't stand over other people eating at the picnic benches." As much as I like to go hand to hand with a chicken, I decided I will forgo that pleasantry and go without. I ordered the medium boneless chicken /w Korean Spicy sauce and red bean rice for both sides. The chicken....was amazingggggggggg. I would not consider it any spicier than a medium, at best, but it was full of flavor and thick mama-didn't-raise-no-fool chicken pieces. I wished for more spice, but the flavor left me in a state of rapture so no endless paper-cut pain there. My main concern was that my order came with the salad and rice instead just rice.....so it made me wonder if I got someone else's order. They have a pager system to knock out the possibility of two people answering to the name Andresico, but I question it since the quantity seemed a bit small. Great experience! Tried going right before close on Friday night but they were out of almost everything so we waited until this afternoon to try them and we were so happy we did. The food was delicious and filling. Couple working the truck are sweet as can be! The boneless chicken was perfectly cooked, crunchy breading and not too much breading. The sauces were super tasty. We could appreciate a bit spicier on the Korean Spicy but we can also handle pretty spicy food! The sweet garlic chilly sauce was great, too! The garlic was a perfect touch. The kale salad and cucumbers were really good, too! Very refreshing to eat with the fried chicken. The Kimchi fries were delicious. Sauces on the fries were great and the kimchi was spicy and fresh. The ginger salad was amazing! Not too strong on the ginger like most ginger salads I've had. It was so nice and fresh on top of the rest of the food, too! Hidden gem! My new go-to spot for Korean fried chicken. Great customer service and fast. Stumbled upon this food truck a couple days ago and so happy we did. The chicken is huge (twice the size of bww), perfect crunch and flavorful. We ordered a large and did 2 flavors- My favorite was the honey soy. The large comes with a small side of rice and a pickled veggie salad. Plenty of food for 3 people. There's restrooms, hand washing, and 5 tables so not a lot of seating but does the trick.
