Even though my most recent order was very small, you would have thought it was one of their larger projects due to their quick response times and eagerness to personally deliver my items to wherever I was in North County. I was looking for a print service close to my hotel that could handle large orders with a quick…read moreturn-around. This happened to be the most convenient location, so I gave them the business. Now I'm thanking my lucky stars that this is the one I chose. My first order was 5 sets of 300-pages in A1, bound; 5 sets of 300 pages in ledger, bound; 3 sets of 30 pages in A0, bound; and 5 sets of 335 pages in Letter, punched. We needed them ASAP, and since the order went in in the early afternoon on Thursday, we never expected to see them in our hands before the weekend. They gave me a welcomed surprise call the very next morning around 10:00, and said everything was ready. When I arrived at their shop, everything was exactly as I wanted and they even helped load my car with paper, which must have double the weight of my poor Camry. That was the first of many orders, all of which delivered surprising turn-around and perfect order fulfillment. These guys are GREAT to work with. I strongly recommend their services.

Have you ever been to one of those businesses where the moment you step in it looks like complete…read morechaos? Well, don't be fooled when you step into this Copymat, this is what I like to call, Organized chaos, of the best kind. Underneath those piles of paper and empty boxes rest the state of the art copy machinery. They can print anything from giant blueprints and oversize poster copies, to super sharp color copies on whatever kind of paper you like and banners that span the highway. Mitch, the owner, and his right hand woman, Julie, hold down this paper fort with a sense of humor and an ease that makes you feel right at home, no matter how soon your deadline is. Stepping into this Copymat is a little like time travel, remember when you could bring your art on a thumb drive and they wouldn't charge you an extra $2.50 just to read the thumb drive. (I'm looking at you, Staples copy center). I've been in several times now, and they've always been able to print off my work while I wait, without having to charge me a rush fee (once again, looking at you Staples copy center). And don't be dissuaded by some of the other reviews talking about bad service, the current lineup, Mitch and Julie are the all stars of the copy world and have always been super helpful whenever I come in for some copies. All the bad employees are long gone. Highly recommended.
