I have been using this location due to the convenience factor... until today. I received a call on…read more11/10/25 around 2:00 p.m. from Berlin, who works the counter at this location. Berlin's message was simply saying I have a package to be picked up. AT NO TIME DID SHE TELL ME IT HAD TO BE PICKED UP THAT DAY BY 5:00 P.M. As I was not available to call or pick up package within her time frame, I arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m. on 11/11/25 to pick up the package which were legal documents and a key required for a morning meeting on 11/12/25. When I arrived, I was told my package was returned to FEDEX since I did not pick up the package when they had called. Although the store is open until 6:00 p.m. I learned the package was returned at 5:00 p.m., so had stopped in the day they called, coming in after 5:00 p.m. the package would have ALREADY been returned. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on Berlin's behalf. While I do not have a box there, Berlin should have had used common sense and inform me if I did not pick up the package by 5:00 p.m., it would be returned. But again, her voicemail simply said to pick up the package; they were opened until 6:00 p.m. Of course when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told Vera would not be in until later in the week. My number was left; it will be interesting to see if I receive a return call. Due to the lack of customer service and the incompetence of Berlin, I will again be using the other FEDEX location in Fallbrook located in the Major Market shopping center. I've used their services in the past with any issues and was always very satisfied. It's a bit farther, but it is worth the drive time to deal with someone who uses common sense. The closer proximity of the other location (In the same center as Northgate Market.) is NOT worth the incompetence.

Yesterday I had to ship out of the country and "customs" has rules that I was not aware of but instead of just telling me to look for something online she helped find it! Who does that? Value wise- we can choose to go to any store let's face it no one offers more than or cheaper than the others- but I come here because she is so helpful! So thank you Nicole! We have a pano sunroof which initially I wanted tinted and they explained how it would not be advised if we didn't use it. That could have been a huge up-sale. So happy to have used faith on our new Camry. It is so good to have honest local shops in Temecula. This place is a must use for your tint needs. This is our shop for all of our cars. Will be coming back to have our other vehicle tinted.
