Jim did an awesome replacement on my patio screen door. We had a quick call to set date and time and to confirm approximate size of door and existing color. He showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment (and was courteous enough to check with me before hand to make sure it was okay to come early). Jim gave me some different options in terms or style, door material, screen material and grade; this was nice because I was able to pick out exactly what I needed for my particular door. He was able to measure, fabricate a new screen door, install it, and adjust it in just over an hour. Incredible! The new screen door is high quality, has a nice easy to grip door handle, rolls with ease and looks great. I have a pet dog and got the heavier grade screen material and it's well worth it, I think it will hold up well over time. Price is very reasonable for a custom made door. I have other window screens that will eventually need replacement or repair and I will most definitely use Screen Machine again. After mulling over all the options, I purchased roller shades to go over my sliding patio door and 3 window set, both facing the glare of the west. I love the convenience of the remote control, and they are really effective at minimizing heat and glare, while retaining our gorgeous view. Jim and Brandy offer exceptional service. When strong winds lifted the roller shade out of the track and it banged around ripping my regular screen door, I called Brandy. I explained that it was a "screen emergency" as I had a party using that patio door that very night. Jim came out right at 5:00, as promised, and quickly repaired the screen door, got the roller shade adjusted (apparently they stretch a little with heat, and if they are too long, the wind can get underneath and lift them out of the track).
