So the guy that we were dealing says ok, we will hold it till Tuesday. Went up Tuesday, couch was there but loveseat was not. So we go back today, because we were told it would be there, so drive an hour to find out no loveseat, order screwed up. this is just the biggest run around I have ever dealt with, Now we have to wait till they deliver it to us, wonder how long that will be. The staff here are unremittingly friendly, eager and willing to help with whatever you need. Their bathrooms are always kept in immaculate shape so there's never a Walmart horror story during your trips. Their pharmaceutical staff are professional and cheerful and quick to help resolve any issues that come up. While there's a lot of good to say about this location, it does have its occasional hiccups. Whether it's food under the lamp too long or an occasional spill in the produce aisle. Mostly, though, it's a great place.

Found some samsonite hard shell luggage. Looked at the price, and $50 for a carry on bag, and $100 for the large bag. Can't beat that. Looked up the same luggage online at other retailers and it was listed for 2x as much as what I paid. I was also looking for a backpack to carry on the plane as my personal item. I found a Swiss Gear laptop/tablet back pack for $30. Regularly $75. Plus I will be able to put my passport and other important items in it. Great store if you're like me and want to find some great travel items at super low prices. Only negative was that I had to poop while in the store and when I went to the bathroom, someone was already in there blowing it up, so I had to hold it.

We had a lot of clothing, the deals were good! My father was trying on a shirt and happened to walk out of the fitting room. He was holding all our stuff. Apparently, they thought that he was a shoplifter because suddenly a group of employees and the extremely unfriendly manager surrounded him. They were not happy that he was wearing their merchandise. But they were trying to take away all the clothes we had taken time to try on in order to "hold them at the counter." My father was just waiting for us to get out of the fitting room so he could show us his shirt. Evidently, this was SUCH a complex situation that the JC Penny employees couldn't comprehend. The manager had an extremely irritated look on her face and was talking very slowly to my father, because she assumed he didn't speak English. I guess customer service is not their priority, although it should be considering the retailer is failing. Or perhaps they are just extremely anxious their blue collar jobs will be replaced by self checkouts and computers. I saw an elderly woman shopping around who also had a lot of things in her hand. She was walking along the same aisle where the register was. She obviously wasn't going to pay. But the male cashier just ran out from the register and towards her and abruptly asked "You want me to check you out." She said "No, I'm still looking." The cashier just rolled his eyes. So no reason to think I'm playing victim here. Word of advice: Just go to Kohls.
