This is our neighborhood Walmart, and its a common stop for us throughout the month. Whether we're looking for new clothing, art supplies, or a late-night treat we can always rely on this location having what we need. The staff here are unremittingly friendly, eager and willing to help with whatever you need. Their bathrooms are always kept in immaculate shape so there's never a Walmart horror story during your trips. Their pharmaceutical staff are professional and cheerful and quick to help resolve any issues that come up. While there's a lot of good to say about this location, it does have its occasional hiccups. Whether it's food under the lamp too long or an occasional spill in the produce aisle. Multiple instances of groceries missing from my home delivery and multiple instances of receiving someone else's groceries. And they don't replace the missing groceries the same day. There is NO excuse for such sloppy service! I will be making them hand the groceries off to me and wait until I check that everything I paid for has been delivered. l suggest you do the same. read more

I placed on an online pickup order from the Olean NY WM. This is the inedible leaf lettuce they decided to give me. I called asking for a refund; they said I'd have to go back to the store, park and go inside, show them the rotten lettuce at the Service Desk, and then they would refund my money. If I didn't like this option, I could post a review online, so here it is! (to their credit, they did say Have a Nice Day before they hung up on me). read more

If you are disabled and in need of a mart cart, "fuhgeddaboutit." No matter what time of day you arrive, there will never be a cart available, and usually there will be four or five other people, mostly veterans or seniors, waiting. The customer stick their nose in your business and will laugh at you. Really rude people. Bottom line, if you can't walk or need a mart cart go elsewhere. They don't give a sh&& about you here. read more

After hiking all day yesterday at a few state parks, a friend and I decided to stay overnight in Olean. We stopped here so I could get some new clothes. The store had exactly what I needed and was set up in a good fashion. There weren't enough lines open, which is very similar to the Walmarts in my area, but it was fine. It wasn't too busy so I didn't mind cashing myself out at their self checkout. The employee told me that it was card only. I'm not sure if they were all out of cash or if their easy scans are all cash only. The few employees that were there were nice and helpful. If I'm in the area and need anything, I'll definitely stop by this Olean Walmart. read more

Ordered a TV on line, said available for next day pickup. 3 min. later received an email for my protection I would have to wait 48 hours. I don't need Walmart to protect me. Had help the next day to pickup & install 70" TV. I'm 70 yrs old & may not have helped to Thanksgiving. So I ask if I use my credit card in the morning are they going to make me wait 48 hrs to take the TV home? Their answer was no of course not. I had a very hard time understanding the customer service person, I assume English was a second language. I can remember when customer service was US-based, actually not an issue with me but they need to stop pretending their something different then what they are. read more

Got on the Walmart website Friday night. It said they had 5 tires the size I needed for my car. I checked again Saturday morning. 5 still there, went to the store, the guy in the auto center got on the computer there and said 'yep, we have 5. Can put 4 on for you no problem!' Two minutes later he said 'sorry, those have a name taped to them so I guess we can't use them'. Nobody in the department or management could explain why their website and internal computer were wrong, and nobody apologized or offers me a discount or incentive to come back another day. Chris the Manager still can't explain any of the above, and won't apologize because 'it's not my fault the computers were wrong' !? This Walmart is a total joke, read more

Didn't expect to see antisemitism at Target. My wife Miriam and myself were in the checkout line, the cashier was pleasant with the customers in line before us, however both my wife and myself noticed a sharp change in attitude once he overheard our discussion regarding recent events in Israel. When our time to checkout came he wouldn't even look us in the eyes, his disgust was apparent even through his mask. His disdain for Israel and the Jewish people by extension was palpable. We will never return to this Target and will instruct all of our friends at local area Synagogues to do the same. Shame on you. read more

After a long day, we made the mistake of picking up a few things at Walmart for our breakfast the next day. The shelves were bare, the associated were rude. We made an additional mistake of going to a self checkout that took cash only. When we asked for assistance, the associate told us we needed to pay attention to the small portion of the screen that said cash only, as if it were our mistake, this was after I was injured in the store a week ago, filed an incident report and was assured they would check on me the next day sync a week later I've heard absolutely nothing. When trying to call the store to lodge a complaint, the phone kept ringing with no response. This is not the level of customer service that I expect from somewhere that we spend our hard earned money at. Bottom line, AVOID THIS STORE. I EXPECT BETTER. read more

I would've rated my my grocery pick up order this morning -5, if that was an option. I checked in, using the Walmart Grocery App, to pick up my order at this about 9:30am, and arrived at the store 2 minutes later. I expected to wait a few minutes, as I got there quickly; however, at 10 am, I still hadn't received my order. So, I called the grocery pick up number and left a message inquiring about it. A few minutes late an associate came out and asked me a couple questions. I explained to her that the I checked in using the App, 25 minutes ago. She rudely replied, "well it shows that you're a minute away. We'll get it out to you as soon as we can". Then she huffed and walked away. I understand that there may be glitches with Apps, but her poor attitude and rude response was uncalled for. I finally received my groceries at 10:10am. read more

I had purchased a bicycle for my grandson using my Walmart credit card for Easter 2019 and it was sent damaged, so I returned it on April 27, 2019 and ordered a replacement of the same bicycle and received it on April 29,2019 and that too was damaged. So a credit of the first return was put back onto my Walmart credit card but when I return the second one in-store this time (because the first one had to be mailed back the second could be returned in-store) I cannot get a credit back to my Walmart credit card I had to get a Walmart gift card. If i purchased an item with my Walmart credit card I should be able to have that money credited back to my card just like I had purchased it. The fault came from Walmart and bad packaging. I have talked with the store manager and was told that was the only way for them to refund me my money. So I call corporate and no help from them either. I need this money on my charge card NOT a gift card. read more
