Some employees use foul language in front of customers. The younger employees, who are usually there in the evening, are not very helpful. On one occasion, myself and another customer stood at the checkout counter for 2-3 minutes waiting for the cashier & another employee to finish playing a game on the cashier's cell phone. They only stopped playing when Leo came up from the back of the store and yelled at them. On another occasion, I was buying several electrical boxes and a few other items. I had to ask the cashier to put them in a bag! I would've needed 6 hands to carry everything without a bag. She acted as though bagging items wasn't her job. It's nice having a hardware store in town. I just think they should hold their employees to a higher standard. read more
