No just NO! This place is the epitome of taking advantage of…read morepeople they assume don't know the actual cost off parts or how long your typical jobs take. They way over charge almost double on some parts and way over charge the labor by telling you it will take hours more than necessary...if it takes hours more than anywhere else would take get rid of your garbage dumb mechanic or eat the cost of time you con artists. I've modified my own demolition derby cars and driven them! I've done my own brakes! I've changed my own oil a million times! I've had jobs ordering and delivering parts and paint to shops in high school(WNY), college(TX), and grad school(Long Island)! Don't look at me with a Coach purse, makeup, and long nails and ASSume I'm a clueless female that's an easy mark to overcharge like that... it's not happening because I'm going elsewhere. I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! DO NOT be fooled by the swindlers at Bouch's.

Extremely uncomfortable and obviously can't wear. I emailed to see if they would accept a return and pay for return shipping since the item is obviously unable to be used for its intended purpose. Note that I paid for shipping initially which I know I am out of luck on that. I got an extremely rude response saying they will not pay for shipping and told me if the package was altered in any way (presumably it was since she tried it on) I would not get a refund. Now in order to get a refund I am out $10 bucks on a $28 bracelet. Horrible customer service and rude. Would never order from them again.
