This one was just the right degree of cleanliness! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! When we mentioned we were from out of town, the eager employee offered to introduce us to the owner! Surprisingly the prices weren't "tourist stop high", just the regular hardware store prices. If you are coming through, New York, this is a worthwhile place to stop and look around.

We…read morepaid nearly $600 for our dog to be monitored for a few hours, yet he was not given any food or water, and his cancer went undetected. It is heartbreaking to think that we trusted this clinic with our dog's health, expecting answers and proper care, only to be left feeling like we spent hundreds of dollars without getting the help he needed. Our pets are family, and when we bring them to an emergency vet, we are trusting the staff to take their health seriously and do everything they reasonably can to figure out what is wrong. The cost alone was upsetting, but the lack of answers and the overall experience made it even worse. I understand that not every diagnosis is straightforward, but I expected more communication, more thorough care, and a lot more compassion for both our dog and our family. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.
