Excellent Draft Beer Menu and ABV choices, you can know why Ma and Pa like it so much wink wink! Round out the menu with wings, pastas, salads, sammies, calzone and 5 Pizza styles, and it fits the bill for everyone, even GF Cauliflower Crust and TVs around walls to catch games and golf if you must, snooze lol. Excellent concept in selection of Pizzas, yes but what type do you ask? They don't make it easy..Detroit 10x8, 10" Deep Dish (NB only 35.made.daily??), Calzones, 13" Classic, GF Cauliflower Crust, and a 18" Chicago Cracker thin--say wh@t? Never heard of this, all more reason to return! All cooked in an Italian stone deck oven 600° not quite the leopard spotting of neopolitans but it's pretty decent having just tried the Detroit Pepperoni and Deep Dish $22 and $28 Deep Dish Big Apple. Oven rendered crispy lil pepperoni cups and a decent crusty cheese edge on the Detroit, and a puffy pillow crust on the Deep Dish. Latter misses the buttery yellow cornmeal firmness of signature Chicago Deep Dishes though, and the puffy dough does get a little dry and more chewy less crisp as you get to the end of your slice and as time outta the oven ticks on. Rotolo's spicy sausage are thin slices not crumbled that I was expecting and sure bang a bite, it's very good. Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad $14 with pesto honey mustard, not too sweet was the most inventive salad that I've never seen before. Gave the pepperoni to my guest and still delish with crispy romaine and grape tomatoes, parm & bright zesty banana peppers. It's huge and enough for 3 of us. Didn't add but Chix was only $3 to add or $5 for fried /grilled shrimp! Hubby's real IPA 4/5* and Wisconsin N/A Untitled Art Juicy IPA $6 were very flavorful. Both a cloudy lemonade color, good hoppy bite, clean finish though the real IPA's is short not lingering, it's better on the NA actually, and prefer over more commonly found Athletic IPA 5/5* Waitress was a young student, attentive and lots of them running around, she did a great job, refills, order, checking in, out. Next time bringing my woolies to tame RC&C's arctic chill and appetite for that Cracker crust stuff haha but sticking with that killer Brussels salad and NA Juicy IPA.

Dear Rotolo's Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to share an experience I had recently at your restaurant because I believe people who go above and beyond deserve to be recognized. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Elyssia F., a young woman who is working as a waitress while attending college with the dream of becoming a psychiatrist. What really touched me is that she said, "her goal in life is to help others in everything that she does". Elyssia is working hard toward her future, and like many college students, she has concerns about money and the financial weight of pursuing her education. But despite that, she showed me what it looks like when someone refuses to let their circumstances determine the kind of person they are going to be. My meal actually arrived without any noodles in my pasta. But somehow, that mistake became one of the best parts of the experience. The manager personally came over and made sure my meal was corrected. The team didn't simply replace the dish--they went above and beyond and even created a flatbread for my pasta toppings so that nothing went to waste and I could still enjoy everything that came with my meal. And while all of that was happening, Elyssia used her compassion, humor, and personality to turn what could have easily been an irritating situation into something I genuinely enjoyed. Then she did something I wasn't expecting. She got the entire team to sing me Happy Birthday. At that point, it wasn't just about the food anymore. It was about the people. Every person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. There was a sense of hospitality that felt different from simply being "good at customer service." It felt personal. It felt like the people there actually cared about making sure I had a great experience. I walked in expecting to have dinner. I walked out with a story I'm going to remember. And that's why I'm writing this. Elyssia deserves to be recognized. Here is a young woman working hard to put herself through college because she wants to spend her life helping other people. She is serving tables today while preparing herself for a career where she hopes to help people tomorrow. I would love to see Rotolo's consider whether there is a way to sponsor, contribute toward, or otherwise help with Elyssia's college tuition. I realize that may not be something a company can simply do for every employee. But sometimes you come across someone who makes you stop and think, "This is someone worth investing in." Elyssia made me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for on a day when she could have simply done her job and sent me on my way. Instead, she helped create an experience I'll remember. And I believe investing in her education could eventually allow her to do for countless other people what she did for me: make someone feel like they matter. Thank you to Elyssia, the manager, and the entire Rotolo's team for an incredible experience. The food was great. The service was exceptional. But most importantly, the people were unforgettable. Please recognize this team--and especially Elyssia--for what they are doing. Sometimes the greatest impact a company can make isn't measured by another sale. Sometimes it's measured by investing in a person who wants to spend her life investing in others. Thank you, Rotolo's, for an experience I'll genuinely remember.

We were excited to try this place out, but the food didn't quite meet our expectations, especially for the price. I got the bacon mac and cheese pie, it sounded nice til it got served to me in the same skillet they cooked it in. Not sure, if we should've asked for the plate, separately. My bacon was uncooked and there was so much grease in the bottom of the skillet. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and I tried a bite because he said it didn't taste right and it tasted like their Alfredo sauce might've been out of date or something, didn't taste like Alfredo at all. Tasted like we will have food poison, in a day or so Very let down and won't be back!

My client took us here and he didn't really say what type of food they served, but it ended up…read morebeing pretty good. Later during the meal, he admits that Momma's is one of his spots, so that's saying a lot. It sort of looked like another bar/restaurant from the outside, but they have a nice outdoor patio overlooking an old decrepit building which is at least some scenery. Once inside, you'll quickly see it's highly decorated and has a claim to be one of the only trucker themed bars in the US. Inside is decked out to the ceilings with signs, neon, old mirrors, collectibles, and many other items. I swear it looks like it's been in business for 30+ years, but my client said only a couple of years. I looked over the basic menu and saw burgers, breakfast, salads, sandwiches, a famous pork chop, wings and a few other items. The client and my colleague quickly ordered devilled eggs, cheese curds, and chili cheese fries. The first two apps were really good, I didn't try the fries though. They had a burger of the day, and a food special of the day, but I settled on the wings. With those I chose the 10 pc, Buffalo with dry rub, smoked. Kind of a weird combination since most people usually order dry here apparently, but I like saucy wings. When they come out, they are huge and I knew I wouldn't be able to finish them. I think I could only eat 6-7. My colleague had a ribeye steak salad which was a protein bomb he loved, and my 2 clients ordered a big rig grilled cheese which he also loved and a fried chicken sandwich (firebird) which looked really good. Overall, I really liked this place and it's one of the best meals I've had in Memphis the handful of times I've visited.

I went two separate times and had two different experinces. One experience with an invited group…read moreand second experince was togo order. With the invited experience the food was hot and fresh because we are featured guest. However, even with food togo there is a reasonable hottness that stays with fresh cooked food. I ordered a Cobb salad with fried chicken and a burger with wedge fries at a lil after 5:00p and text to pick up was 5:21p. I was there to pick up at 5:28p. I walked in and stood in the entrance, near make shift board hostess stand, not sure but to my left was a hostess counting money, a guy at a kiosk eating with an apron on and the busy bartender. The hostess saw me, smiled and finished talking with guy at kiosk, they talk briefly until he sees me then walks over. I grab the order and feel no warmth. I figure the buger on top of salad maybe but nope, sure enough I get home and it's old and the fried chicken on the cobb salad is frozen. It was dried out and reheated. The amount of blue cheese was insane the lettuce was not fresh. The cheese on the burger was two different colors, the toppings looked old as well. $45 for a salad and burger, trying to support our local spots and the inconsistency is appalling. The burger was so good and fresh at the invited event only for me to remember it, and want to go back months later. The I pay my hard earned money, use my expensive gas to drive from East Memphis to Downtown and get a frozen breaded chicken patty on a salad and an old burger. If my feelings ain't deeply hurt because why are you not cooking real chicken breast?
