I cannot praise Rory, the owner, and Justin the mechanic, enough for their friendliness, and the ease with which they kept me from worrying while they did the entire service within a brief time while i relaxed in a lawn chair in the sun. Even though they were very busy, the gentleman who helped me took the time to truly listen to my concerns instead of rushing me through. He was patient, kind, and reassuring. He even took a picture of the list of issues I shared with him and told me he would call me, which meant a lot and showed genuine care. I never felt pressured or upsold--just respected and heard. He does everything necessary to do the job right even if It takes more time and effort. Mark Communicated with me throughout the whole process letting me know other things that might need replacing. He does the job right so that you don't have to have the same problem a year or two later. I am very picky with who I trust and who I choose to work on my car. Mark however, is somebody I trust. It's unusual to find a mechanic who takes pride in his work, who is honest and has great character! He did a phenomenal job. We followed him to his shop where he had us park our truck and trailer overnight until he could get parts the following Monday to do the repairs. We were on our way again Monday afternoon when almost to Lundy Lake our truck broke down again. Same problem ( the part he received was defective). Luis ( owner of the company) had to make two round trips 400 miles each to repair our truck. With sincere honesty I can't imagine another company doing that. I just cannot give enough praise to Luis and his company. He truly is one of a kind.

With this exotic car, we trusted Dave, paid for a clutch job that didn't take, and Dave told us tough tittie, and KEPT our money. I found Galindo's in Fontana. Check my positive review for Galindo who fixed the clutch for the same amount, test drove it, worked on it again, and it STILL works. Wow. After having such a great experience years ago with Dave, it disheartens me that he screwed me over. After Galindo's in Fontana, I know I don't have to throw away my Porsche.
