He was told the calipers are sticking and need to be replaced. $500.00 15 minutes down the road, both front wheel are smoking bad! Takes it back in just to hear "I guess we could've checked the hose" then they charge him $265.00 for the hose repair. Wasted $500.00 on calipers not needed! The other tow company didn't communicate when my car was towed and delivered to the dealership. After diagnosis, it was the starter - the pricing was super high for the fix, so I declined and needed to find a tow company to get my car to my house. I called the other company and they didn't answer my call, so I gave Midas a try. They were able to get me in quickly, picked my car up and even picked up the receipt from my diagnostic at the dealership. They communicated when they were on their way to pick up my vehicle and checked in before headed to my house. They were SO agile getting my care up my long skinny driveway - it took all of 2 minutes, I swear it was like watching a surgeon.
