The owner and Dawn are nice people to speak to when they want your business, buttt be careful even if you advise them that they shouldn't have mechanical work done by a non Mercedes dealership because that what they advised they will still go to a local place assuring that if anything is wrong the warranty will cover it. Take my situation, my suv needed an alignment which I did my research with Mercedes and was told it takes special tools and software and should only be done by them. I passed the info to the owner Glen but he insisted after 5x that it was just fine at the local dealership and if anything was wrong there warranty of Perfection would fix it. When I finally got my car my steering wheel was off which I knew the alignment was done improperly but in Glens words "oh it's fine it falls into approved specs" are you kidding me I can even tell you that's a safety hazard so I refused to accept my car. Him with his niceness (sarcastic) took it back got it aligned and said oh it's fine now my steering wheel seemed fine I believed it. Brings us to today., I now have been told by 5 different mechanics in different chains of commerce thy they improperly did my alignment that no pothole would throw off 4 wheels like Glen said. That Perfection should fix it on there dime. I go back to Glenn and what does he want go back to insurance and get them for more money... nooo thank you, when I called and asked for copies of the work done in my car he refused and said he was getting a lawyer. With that being said I now have to pay $1,300.00 for his incompetence and well lawyer fee's. Save your time I promise you will not be missing out on his damage! read more

I have had a 2017 Premier Chevy Tahoe and a 2021 Yukon GMC Denali total front end repair. Each of them more than $24k in repairs. Both of them were repaired to like new condition. Tons of electronics in both front ends and both were repaired and inspected by outside professionals with rave reviews. Glenn and his team are unbelievable as I am about as anal as one can be. Their office staff is responsive and dealt with my insurance company very well. Even my insurance company noted what a good operation they are. My mechanic on Woodstock referred me to them and many thanks because as upset and passionate as I am about my vehicles, Perfection Auto Body set my expectations high and delivered above and beyond. I just picked up my F150 from Perfection Auto Body and it looks great - exactly like it did when I bought it new less than a year ago! A few weeks ago while parked at a local store it was struck by an inexperienced driver and had significant damage to the front quarter panel. The truck is aluminum and I was a bit concerned about the repair, but Glenn did a perfect job. In addition to the damage repair, Glenn and Dawn helped out in dealing with the insurance company for the other driver (which was not an easy task). I still wish the damage hadn't happened, but at least my truck looks as if it never did. read more

I was careless in backing up my 2015 Nissan Rogue and put a huge dent in the rear bumper guard. They did a great job of replacing the entire guard and the paint matched perfectly. The staff was very professional and courteous. In addition, they cleaned the car inside and out (even the tires) so it looks better that it ever did! Worst place ever, not sure were perfection comes from but must be perfectly incapable of working on a foreign car. Recognized the damaged but expected that an oil change would catch their mistake after being told numerous times not to take it to a local shop. Perfection Auto body is place to take your vechile if any kind of body work or paint is needed. The staff there is very professional and easy to talk to. Had my Cadillac Srx there because it was backed into. Perfection took care of everything dealed with the insurance and kept me informed on what's going on and when it should be done. Would recommend taking your vechile there. read more

We took our boat in for repair to Perfection Auto Body in Harvard. The boat had alot of fading and discoloration from being out in the elements. Glenn did an amazing job! It looked like a brand new boat when we went to pick it up!! Extremely happy! Excellent customer service too! read more
