When I went to pay for it ..it was $62 (without tip) .. I told them the quote I got.. the manager came over .. she said .. "no, it's $55 for long hair" I told her we had said long hair on the call.. so she double checked with the receptionist who verified he had told her long hair and she had quoted him $7 and $30. Well, instead of taking accountability for their misquote .. the manager said the best she could do was to take off $10 and give me a coupon for $4 off for next time . She asked if that was ok? (Wow!) Not being a confrontational person or wanting to cause a scene I said, " I guess" (eye roll) I told Olivia it wasn't her fault and still gave her a tip. Of course I'll never be back. I was in customer service for 6 years and always took accountability if I had made a mistake or if the company had messed up somehow.
