Amazing service!…read more Love supporting local small businesses. Lots of variety and friendly staff. They have larger size bottles on the floor and smaller sizes behind the counter. They also sell beer, soda, cigarettes, cigars, snacks, and they even cash checks. Very convenient location by the Fair, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville.

Worst liquor store I've ever visited. The store is full of dust and unkept. I found the location by…read moredoing a search while attending a concert at a nearby venue. Despite the dust on the products and shelves we purchased from the store anyway. Immediately upon unpackaging our purchase we noticed particles floating in the bottle of the mix caused by the shifting of the bottle. There was pileup of some sort at the bottom of the bottle. Thinking the owner would be as shocked as we were, we returned to the store to rectify our problem. The cashiers response was that because it was a combo set of Jose Cuervo and mix we could throw the mix away. Shocked because nobody throws away money, I informed her I bought the set because I obviously wanted both and requested she accommodate my friend and I with a replacement of the mix. We were willing to pay the difference for another brand. She told us she didn't package the bottle it's a problem from the distributor and it would be addressed the following Monday. My friend went to review the remaining sets on the shelf and they were all the same. Nobody rotates the stock. The cashier doesn't know to remove stock of potential hazards upon notification by customers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They lack common business resolution, do not appreciate their customers, and hold the customer responsible for the products they resell rather than themselves and the vendor. I support small businesses but with stores like this, it's not worth the risk. You get satisfaction driving to a bigger franchise.

I found this little gem of a liquor/beer store on the way home from visiting family in Ennis. I…read moredecided to not go through the drive-through because I had no idea what beer I was going to buy. All the cases are outside, so it was easy to look around and settle on Negra Modelo. I paid at the counter and was on my merry way. That 12 pack set me back about $17. That seems a little pricey, but I really don't know. I'm horrible about paying attention to prices. I didn't notice the liquor part of the store. It was Sunday so that part was obviously closed. Damn Texas laws. This place isn't convenient to me unless I'm going to or from Ennis, but it was very easy to get to right off 45 and right back on. And I don't know of other places like it in the area so I'm sure they get good business.

Let me preface this by saying that this could of very easily gone sideways, but they went out of their way to make it right. I recently purchased a bottle of high end bourbon that I discovered to have an issue with the seal AFTER I left the establishment. Although I was 99.9% sure that I didn't cause the issue, I could of understood if the establishment wanted to question my issue. That never happened here. I spoke to "G" on the phone and told him the problem. I wasn't able to make it back in the store until two days later and they didn't give me any issues at all. Exchanged my bottle without hassle and even talked to me about other spirits that I may interested in. It was my first time to visit this location and won't be the last. Definitely gained a life long customer because of the way that they handled my concern.
