Felt like I was talking to my next-door neighbor who genuinely cares for your safety and wants to make sure all your concerns are heard. Very satisfied with the quick and affordable services. I had an unrelated issue about a month later from bad luck on the freeway and called Doug right away. He told me my options and even though I didn't ultimately end up moving forward with his services I appreciated his transparency and the solutions he provided for me.
