Instead of going out tonight we decided to order for delivery. We ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap with nothing added and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub, toasted with hot peppers, and sauce and cut in half. What we got was disappointing. I do not do spicey and can barely tolerate too much spice. My Chicken Caesar Wrap had hot peppers and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub was not toasted. When I called the restaurant I asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation. I started with asking for his name to which he declined to give me. When I mentioned where the order went wrong he offered to remake my wrap, and stated the toasters are turned off at 8pm. This information is not disclosed on the website and we were still able to place our order with the toasted option. The manager didn't seem very friendly or concerned too much. The food is great - the service, not so much. Also, they are super slow - no sense of urgency at all. When you walk into a Jimmy Johns, the whole crew is supposed to greet you, especially if you're the only one there. What I always get here is the dead-eyed stare of the girl who typically runs the register, with maybe a hello or two from the back. No hello, welcome, thanks for coming in - just silence from this employee. Why would you put a person like that on the register to be the face of your business? Stopped in on my way home to pick up three subs (Not in their delivery range). By the time the third sub was ordered, the first one was ready, and the second was halfway assembled! They really try to live up to the "freaky fast" reputation. The subs still tasted fresh twenty minutes later when we got home and were ready to eat. Please plan ahead should you want to eat lunch! My family stopped in to order some food. We decided to go with a family platter which is equivalent to five sub sandwiches. One of the employees nearly lost her mind because there is a 24 hour notice on a platter stating there wasn't enough bread. So had we ordered five subs, would we have been turned away? Food was what one would expect from Jimmy John's, but I'd stay away cause this store (or maybe just the hyper young lady) takes the "freak"ing out part to another level! read more

From the time I walked in to the time I left was an awful experience. Customer service is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and just down right RUDE! The amount of turkey on both sandwiches ordered was one slice of meat. I was very disappointed in this location. We have lived all over the country and this location will definitely not be visited again by my family. I went in this afternoon for two sandwiches. I ordered extra meat on my JJBLT. I got 7 pieces of bacon. My understanding is that 5 pieces come on a regular sandwich so I was charged $1.59 for 2 pieces of bacon. My husband also ordered extra meat on his turkey tom and cucumbers and there was no extra turkey and no cucumbers. For the amount of money they charge they need to focus more one being freaky correct than freaky fast. read more

Nothing exceptional here -- just the typical Jimmy John's menu. I love the food, but the parking is extremely limited, and so is their delivery area. The employees have always been polite and they get the order ready incredibly fast. read more

ALLERGY WARNING: I could have died if I ate the sandwich. First off I loved Jimmy Johns that's why I wrote to Jimmy Johns about a month ago about suggestions, ingredients, and questions and they responded fast and sweet. I always came here and ordered the same thing until hey messed up. After my husband ordered, he was looking at the sub artist adding ingredients my husband said not too add, so he kindly reminded them to not put that in the sandwich, they quickly made another sandwich. My husband gets in the car and explained to me why it took long, I was skeptical at first because who wants an allergic reaction? But trusted it would be ok. WELL I WAS WRONG. He was hungry so he wanted to try it before. He tasted Mayo. As I opened the sandwich it was as if Mayo was smeared on it or they didn't even take off the romaine lettuce. Not only does it take 30 minutes to deliver my food down the street but they always mess up my order. How hard is it to mess up one simple sandwich! Very unprofessional service. We stopped here yesterday. I was appalled by the behavior of the staff. We were the only customers. They actually looked annoyed when we came in. We didn't get a greeting, a smile or even the remotest hint of politeness. One of the girls even rolled her eyes!! It took us less than 2 minutes to decide!! No one else was there!!! I work in the hospitality business and I would have fired my employees if they acted like that. A smile goes a long way.
