Our second visit was a completely different experience. The service was excellent, everything felt much more organized, and it was clear that Sydney genuinely cares about her customers and making things right. If it hadn't been for her reaching out, I never would have returned. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a business responds. The manager was called and she apologized. She said she would fill out and incident report. I asked for a copy. She said I would have to get it from a regional manager. I left my tel# and said I expected a call from the regional. 2 weeks go by, no call. I call the store again, they say I have to talk to the regional mgr. I finally get a call from their insurance carrier. The rep grills me for 15min implying somehow it's my fault. I did go see my dentist a few days after the incident to see what damage if any was done. I took time off of work to go to the dentist. The insurance rep demands I send her the dental bill. I do. They wait a few more months. Never did get a copy of the incident report. The ins rep finally after 4 months emails me an offer to cover the dental bill. That's it, nothing for my time, pain, hassle. I email her back not good enough. Now they've gone dark on me. If you decide to take a risk and eat at Giordanos, do yourself a favor and bring your attorney with you.
