As many times as I've gone past this sub shop, it shouldn't have taken us this long to try it. It was a Saturday at lunchtime, you'd think there would be several people in ordering, eating, etc., but there were no customers in site. The shop had 3 workers there so they must get busy, I am guessing? I kind of think they probably do a lot of postmate, doordash orders. I don't know that, but hope they're making a profit. I think they're location is just a little bit of the issue. Yet, Wittenberg students can get subs easily, so maybe that's the positive for location. We ate in, service was reasonable although I do think the cost was a little high. Subs are cold. No different breads that were aware of. They will not heat or toast. My sub looked the same as my granddaughters but we ordered differently. It was delicious, no complaints of the food, we were just unaware. We'd try it again but I plan to check out the menu online just in case there's something else we can try. read more

Placed order through mobile app at 1904. It's now 1940 and no notifications updates beyond order received, or call so far either to cancel or have it picked to. Tried calling location multiple times as well without answer. JJ is definitely not freaky fast anymore! Freaky ghosted! Why are good workers so hard to find at this location? Finally got someone to answer and he said been meaning to call you.... This is after a half hour of waiting. No notifications saying it was cancelled. Guy was very rude and didn't show any empathy. Saying they are without delivery driver and door dash was suppose to show temporarily closed. Problem is we used the Jimmy John's app, nothing said there was an issue. I ordered online for pick up. Went about 10 minutes later to pick up my sandwiches and the store was closed. I called the next day to get a refund. They NEVER refunded my money. They see the order in their system, know it was paid for, know it was never prepared, but corporate has to refund me and that has NEVER happened. I even went to the store to try to get my money back and they wouldn't do it. Will never order from there again. this store has posted hours. id just like to remind this store of that fact because they clearly dont know their own schedule. i have come to this restaurant only to find it closed an hour or two early three different times now. today they were closed at 6:30 pm despite having a posted closing time of 9pm. there is no ambiance for a closed restaurant. Ordered online one day and it was confirmed but then went to pickup and the store was closed. Ordered DoorDash last night and said it would be delivered at 8:50. They closed at 9. I tried calling around 8:50 and no one answered. Then the DoorDash time said it would be delivered at 9:40 but they closed at 9.... Then i got a notification that it was delivered but clearly was not. Seems to me that the store was closed the whole time and somehow has automated order confirmation. Not sure why it said the order was delivered though. ,We loved their sandwiches up until recently that is. Their sandwiches were good sized on the wonderful wheat bread but now they are about 2/3 the size. And they no longer have the all grain sub buns. This is the best way to close a business. They lost 2 steady customers and we lost the great sandwiches. Not the way to save a dime. Very disappointed. Ordered food at 11:30 AM at 12:45 still no delivery so we went to facility where they told us the delivery driver had just left with 11.... YEAH 11 different deliveries!!! My office ordered this for out lunch today and we did not get it. at 1:45 we called again to see where the food was. we were told it had just left. at 2:30 we called AGAIN and now the ordered had been cancelled. we NEVER asked for the order to be cancelled. the manager and delivery staff were ALL RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! When the delivery driver finally came in with the food he was rude and sat the food in the waiting room on a chair. he did not even hand it to the staff. if i could give 0 stars i would! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!!! Sad that an office of women cannot even get the food that was ordered... so bad that we called and still had to go and find out about our food. 1.5 hours later, still no food, still no "Sorry" or nothing after three attempts, three different hangry women we finally get an excuse... shift change..... really. Told food would be here in 20 minutes, and we would not be charged, guess what it was within 20 minutes and guess what, THE DOCTOR WAS CHARGED!!! SHAMEFUL!! Not only that the driver was not wanting to hand it to the young lady sitting at the front desk. No customer service at all from this location. If we treated patients with this lack of treatment we would not have a job. I have always been taught, NO Customer, No Business, NO CHECK.... We will reconsider every ordering from here again. read more

I get Jimmy John's about once every other week they're quick. Sandwiches are good there chips and cookies are amazing.

Love Jimmy's Unwiches, unfortunately the last couple have been disappointing. Yesterday they left off the Jimmy Peppers which are my go to favorite add on to the Italian Night Club. Just not consistent. read more

Very small. When you order a sub you expect to get a sub. Well they come with 3 pieces of meat and you have to order the cheese. When I asked the manager he said you have to order the club to get the extra. Was not a good experience. You don't get what you pay for. read more
